The Guy at the desk when I was checking in was not very customer service oriented. It also stunk like a dirty wet dog in the lobby!!!!

Black spots on shower wall. Breakfast was cold eggs, tough sausage, no apple juice, no syrup for waffle, and coffee taste very burnt!

The room was clean and roomy. Hot breakfast was good. I thought the price was good.

There was a small issue with staff at the front desk and making payment. The manager quickly and professionally resolved it, and I was very satisfied.

The staff went above and beyond for my family and all of their needs. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was always kept up and the breakfast had various options. Definitely a 5 star rating for our visit.

Simple rooms with comfortable beds. The refrigerator and microwave are a plus for Mayo patients. Location is outstanding for restaurants, Costco, Cub foods, Kwikstar and easy to get to Gonda (Mayo Clinic). about 10 minutes. Staff are helpful!!

Maintenance was quick to fix the tv when he was made aware

Pool was closed. Asked to switch to a different room but were told we could not unless we paid for ANOTHER room.. Dog hair on the blankets and the carpet had an overwhelming smell of vomit. Gross.

We had to change rooms because of mold smell! The 2nd room kept blowing fuses and they had no more rooms so we packed up and went to another hotel but we still had to pay for the 1st night! I will NEVER stay there again!

Everything was fantastic. It was a very clean facility and the beds were awesome as well. My kids enjoyed the stay and the pool a lot!

Could have had better lighting g around the mirrors for makeup application.

The seven o'clock breakfast began too late to eat since we had to leave earlier than seven. We could not check in at 3 pm since the room was not ready. The pool was not available.

Rooms were very nice. Bed was very comfortable.

No hot water in the morning First room they gave me was not cleaned at 4 pm when I checked in and had to go back to desk and get a new room that was not equivalent to the one I paid for.

This was our second stay. We had such a good experience the first time. It was no longer clean from the foyer up. Maintenance outside, foyer, corridors, stairwells, restrooms, all in need of cleaning. Staff were untidy looking.

Property is not being maintained well. No hot breakfast, even on weekdays, even including the waffle batter not being refilled, even upon inquiry with reception staff. Water cooler bottle not replaced. Very disappointed.

The friendliness of the staff and the room was a nice size. Breakfast was really good

great shuttle service (they have their own shuttle bus for Mayo).. great full breakfast I have stayed there in the past Mayo visits and will stay in the future.
