Hampton Inn Rochester

The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. We are thankful that it was near the Mayo facilities.

We were assigned room 214. The bed next to the window was to soft and it sagged. It was wore out. The bed next to the bathroom was much better. The bathroom toilet was to low; it was very difficult to get up.

Elevator was noisy, jerky and being treated for mould Comforter on bed was too heavy for the current temperature and we needed to find a lighter blanket Room is quite crowded

food, breakfast very good, complimentary as was soup and rolls for dinner.

Double queen room: The bathroom door was a barn door style door which left 3/4" gap that you could look through and see into the bathroom mirror and it did not lock. The room door would strike the bathroom door if left open. Not private for friends.

Eggs, banana nut waffles, and it was very clean

The remodeling makes it very nice. It's also very thoughtful that they provide soups daily for a light dinner, thus making it a little easier for families who are very overwhelmed with medical needs and doctor visits. Super smart!

The door BANGS into the bathroom door when it's not closed all the way. The maid warned us that it can even hit the lock and lock you out. Apparently someone didn't measure correctly. :(the

There was an abundance of noisy teenagers who roamed the hotel at all hours of the night making a lot of noise after midnight. Not the hotel's fault, but made sleep impossible.

Very clean, quiet and pool area very nice. Room was very well laid out and bed was comfortable

The sliding door to the bathroom if not partially closed will get hit and stop the room door from opening.

The room was great. Beds were comfortable and loved the sliding 'barn' door to the bathroom.

Unfortunately, there was a lot of activity by other guests that kept us up off and on until 3am. Could hear whole conversations being had in the hallway and lots of running and laughing. Sounded like they were in the room with us.

The hotel is very easy to find. It's in a location where you can find many area things (shopping, eating ). Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean nice pool area and an excellent breakfast.

HOTTUB is small.

Nice facility, convenient location, reasonable price.

Fire alarm went off at one a.m. i thoght it was alarm clock i beat the devil out of it and found out it was fire alarm at check out.

This hotel is very clean and nice. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The drive on the shuttle to Mayo clinic was about 10 min. You do have to wait until the next shuttle on the way back. They come every half hour. Staying again!
