- Staff very efficient and friendly
- The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. We are thankful that it was near the Mayo facilities.
- food, breakfast very good, complimentary as was soup and rolls for dinner.
Cons -
- No complaints
- We were assigned room 214. The bed next to the window was to soft and it sagged. It was wore out. The bed next to the bathroom was much better. The bathroom toilet was to low; it was very difficult to get up.
- Elevator was noisy, jerky and being treated for mould Comforter on bed was too heavy for the current temperature and we needed to find a lighter blanket Room is quite crowded
