Econo Lodge Mayo Clinic Area

Had outpatient surgery at mayo, it was a rough night, Hotel employee was working at the counter, she was so nice and very helpful, we needed extra things to make me more comfortable and they were so amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms, decent WiFi, good coffee and breakfast. Also reasonably price.

The facility was clean, everything worked, fairly quiet, friendly staff, and it provided shuttle service. EconoLodge is a 2-star rated hotel but I would give it a 2-star plus.

The shower should be upgraded with safety bars to prevent falls that older clients might have.

Quiet and close to shops. The staff was friendly and they make bacon for breakfast! Nice hot shower as well.

The pillows are the worst. Tiny and flat. Bring your own pillows here.

No10’s because nobody is perfect. Clean comfortable rooms. Water pressure in the shower was more than I have ever experienced. TV channel selection is large. Because of one of Mayo’s parking ramps were closed we took the available shuttle to the clinic.

Water faucet needed faucet lube. It worked hard and squeaked.

Great location -nice amenities-nice breakfast area. Plenty of shopping close by Walmart and many department stores.

The bed was older with a mattress pad to try to make it more comfortable. The wife and i both commented that it was at best a B for comfort.

Comfortable bed and great breakfast. All the staff was friendly.

Friendly staff, very accommodating, good breakfast.

Location, cleanliness, breakfast, prompt shuttle service.

Sink stopper was inoperable and sink drain leaked onto floor some. Was repaired quickly by staff following the notification of the problem.

Hotel employee was very accommodating as I needed a Kingsize Bed he upgraded me for free!

No pool.

It was very clean and employees very friendly

Ice machine was out of order

Liked the vinyl flooring vs carpet in room. Wore socks and no dust on them. Towel art was cute. Very clean. Good electrical/charging amenities in convenient areas. Free parking. Good place to stay for Mayo. Friendly staff. Free breakfast.

Was not able to take advantage of shuttle. Hours not convenient. No taxi service available in AM.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Clean common areas and rooms. Basic beverages available all day, and great breakfast in the morning. Easy parking.

While they do have shuttle service available it wasn't earlier enough for my appointments.

The staff was very friendly. The room was nice and it had all hard flooring, no carpet. The towel animals were a fun surprise.

The Hotel was very clean. It is well maintained. The staff were all very kind ,friendly and polite! Housekeeping does a great job and makes these adorable animals with the towels which gave a cheery atmosphere to the room. The rooms were very clean.

no complaints about this motel.

Room was big enough to get my wife's power wheelchair in and turn around and park with room to walk around it. Clean and no orders. Nice breakfast with more than sweet rolls, it had scrambled eggs sausage biscuits and gravy waffles and more.

Clean and friendly and informative staff.

Our bed was very, very low to the ground and mattress had you roll to the middle.

Clean, updated, nice looking.

Cleanliness, friendliness, very accommodating.

Great location and room was clean.

Heat did not work and receptionist could not fix it. Made for a cold night.
