Location to restaurants and parking ramp. Very comfortable bed and shower. Very clean.

The staff was real nice the rooms are all right

The location to Mayo Clinic and downtown eating and shopping options definitely made our stay more enjoyable and convenient.

With one notable exception, the staff were professional, friendly and helpful.

Staff. When my debit card was declined for "incidentals", Staff informed me that, until I could find a way to cover the expense, I would not be given my room. It was only after your manager came out and cleared me that I got to go up. Humiliating.

It was very clean.

I reserved and paid for an upgraded room. I did not receive that room. After complaining and showing my recite, they brought snacks to my room(which was supposed to be included.)

They automatically charged our credit card $18.32 for parking, yet all their parking spaces were full so had to park in a ramp. We will definitely watch to avoid this again.

Location to mayo

1. Front desk wouldn't make change. Was at mayo all day and didn't get back to hotel til midnight. Needed change from a 20.00 for vending. 2. Needed a piece of paper to write down some information. No paper Available . 3. High cost for breakfast

The location was very convenient for our trip and event at the Convention Center. Hotel rooms were roomy and comfortable. Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

There is minimal parking on site.

Clean, friendly staff and it is connected to Mayo Clinic which makes it convenient to the people having to go back and forth to the Mayo Clinic buildings. The sky walk that connects to the Mayo Clinic gives access to many food area choices.

Very comfortable room and kind staff. Beds were comfortable and very clean.

Location and friendly staff. The shuttle drivers were very helpful and cheerful, made sure we got to our appointments in time. Overall clean and roomy. Fresh Coffee available without charge in the morning.

No option for a small breakfast when not too hungry. Only option was the full buffet, or go elsewhere for breakfast.

Hotel was very clean. Staff wore masks at all times. Able to give accurate directions.

I arrived in the early evening and requested a list of restaurants and received on. The staff however did recommend the bar /restaurant that did their room service. I did go to this restaurant, sat at a table for at least 15 min. and no one approached me.

The room was clean, modern and nice. Bed was very comfortable. Nice size tv in the room. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The toilet was oddly loud. And you have to pay for parking. The ramp is down the street.

Really nothing!

It was definitely NOT a ----- suite. Painted concrete walls, we had to pay per day for parking. Breakfast was not included, staff took forever to check us in. Room was completely outdated. Staff was no help getting us information. No more Hilton.
