Conveniently located and clean room.

Reserved a room with a roll in shower for a wheelchair user. Did not receive the room I paid for which made for a difficult stay for someone with accessibility needs

Spacious room and very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Close to hospital

Location. Didn't like having to pay for parking.

Overpriced for what you get. Drive 5 minutes away and save average of 50-70/night. If you're visiting for a while, or driving between states on a regular basis, it adds up quick. I was staying staying 3 or 4 / then home 3 & back.

Breakfast

We started out immediately with parking issues. There was construction in the parking ramp and so they didn¿t have enough and it cost $14/night. Room was not clean and furniture was ripped and old. Not worth the cost at all!

Location to St Mary¿s hospital - we could walk across the street to get there.

The beds were not comfortable at all. Neither one of us got much sleep at all.

The location and the size of the suite. It was great!

There was some pork rinds in one of the drawers, I¿m assuming left over from the previous guest.

It was walking distance to the hospital, the shuttle service was very convenient. The breakfast a very appreciated convenient provision. They were also accommodating when we had to check out early and when we had to extend our stay.

I think the snacks in the little market seemed pretty over priced, but then no one has to purchase them and the room has a nice kitchen.

Location is great. Parking is very convenient.

Staffing is short. Had to go down to the desk to get toilet paper and kleenex

the pool is small and only 4'9" deep but clean and appealing anyway

Clean and close to nayo

Arrived to find no towels at all in room and parking not marked for arrivals... no instruction on WiFi either..

It was very comfortable, and had amenities that I haven't seen in any other hotels (a knife for cutting food, etc).

The bathtub was very small, and there was construction outside our window.

Only location

Staff was rode ,first chek-in take too long time because my room not ready and when cheked in my room it was not clean and every time i leave my romm in morning i did ask reception to clean my room but they did nit clean it.

Lobby, breakfast area were great

Bed layout was weird. Elevator broke down and made getting around more difficult than it already was. Signs for the pool were confusing.

The staff was helpful and the shuttle service just what we needed

Hotel staff were so kind and willing to go above and beyond expectations. Being situated across the street from the hospital was perfect for us.

There was nothing about the hotel that we did not like.

Great location across the street from Mayo St Mary's Campus. Covered parking.
