I loved how close it was located to Mayo and I could return and relax between appointments.

The washing machine smelled bad. It needs cleaning out

Room was clean, large and quiet.

Check in was on the 3rd floor, no signs in the lobby or notice of that when I made the reservation. No sugar or cream for the coffee. Feel like this is more of a condo rental then a hotel.

The location was awesome for attending an event at the Rochester Civic Center.

I'm not sure if it is under construction, but the signage to get into the establishment was woefully lacking.

Everything was amazing. We booked this condo / apartment for the extra space while a family member had surgery at Mayo. The staff were amazing! Everything was sparkling clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and beds/linens were very comfortable.

Location; size of unit; full kitchen; VERY quiet; little foot traffic; comfortable bed; friendly, helpful staff; fully stocked kitchen.

Apt showed some wear and tear (peeling wallpaper; cabinet chips/dents); water pressure was very weak, & in morning it took minutes, not seconds, to get hot water. A significant improvement at little cost to hotel would be paper towels & coffee filters.

The space of the apartment was very nice, the view was amazing.

Did not have breakfast. Location is convenient to Mayo Clinic which was main purpose for stay.

Toiletries are the bare minimum.

We stayed three nights at one bedroom suite, complete with washer/dryer. We loved there are going to stay again soon. Very quiet, spacious and convenient and close to Mayo Clinic. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice and spacious rooms with kitchen and washer, pretty quiet on 11th floor, only some street noise. Easy (paid) parking in adjacent parking garage.

No manager onsite after 4pm, so front desk had to email questions and could not take any actions before they received an answer (front desk staff could not make decisions). Only minimal soap and shampoo available.

after check-in the key card reader on our room door was broken so it took almost 2 hours before we were able to get into our room.

The proximity to the Mayo Clinic made my visit very convenient. The flexibility of extending my stay showed that this hotel understands medical needs. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

No breakfasts

Fitness center should open early at 5 am. Please change mattresses. Uncomfortable and sagging.Pots and pans inner coating is worn out and not good for health

Everything we needed. A comfortable apartment with a full kitchen conveniently located near the Mayo Clinic. The skywalk connects the hotel to an indoor walkway to get to Mayo and around town

Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is great for visiting Mayo. Apartment was clean, comfortable and well provisioned.

The mattress was soft and uncomfortable.

Broadway Plaza is located a couple of blocks from Mayo Clinic and near several restaurants and a small mall. We liked having a small sitting room and a kitchen for our 4-night stay. The room overlooked the mall with a view of Mayo Clinic. There is a public parking lot next door. An elevated walkway connects to surrounding buildings which is great in inclement weather.

Our room was of an older vintage. Bathtub stopper was broken and the faucets were losing their finish. We could have used some more hangers in the closet. The bed was very soft with little support.
