It was dirty. The beds were old and worn out. The hot tub had no jets. The parking garage was flooded. The handicap availability was poor.

Room was great.

Front desk clerk said there was no public parking nearby when there was in the same block. We were there for a girls weekend and arrived from different directions so had 3 vehicles. Hotel has parking for 1 car per room. Room for 6 but only 4 cups, etc.

Awesome, honest people! My daughter left behind her very costly wireless headphones in our room. They could have been kept as an added bonus for cleaning the room, but housekeeping found them, turned them into the desk, and they were returned! Thank you!

Convenience was the biggest factor for us and Aspen Suites exceeded that. The breakfast was good.

We were a late check in, after 10. We gained entry easily enough but the poor guy working the desk alone could not catch a break with the phones ringing on 2 ends of the desk at the same time. Chaos!

Most of the staff was excellent very clean and comfortable.

The person who took my reservation did not put in the notes that the card used to reserve the room was not going to be used to pay for the room. They charged the wrong card and the money is going to take a week to ten days to be put back on.

The hotel met my needs. It was across the street from St Mary's hospital which made it easy to visit a patient. The breakfast and light dinner offered was nice after a long day. It was also located next to affordable restaurants.

The cable/dvd system was not great. It would frequently cut out and say no signal.

It was across the street from the hospital, which was nice considering that's why we were there. Also the indoor garage was a plus because it was so cold out. Room was clean and had was everything we needed for our short stay.

The only issue was the shower head in the bathroom had a leak and would shoot water out into the rest of the bathroom. Had to rig it so the spray would at least stay inside the shower. Other than that, everything was good.

This is the best value for money. The room was spacious, internet was good, free washing machine and dryer, Kitchen, breakfast, and dvd library and free covered parking. The list goes on.

Service personnel were very accomodating. Kitchenette was sufficient for long term stay.

The shuttle that was used for this facility could stand to be replaced.

Being in town for some tests at the Mayo Clinic. My husband needed to do some prep for the tests that he was having and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs, allowing an early check in and a late checkout. The hotel staff is extremely considerate

The receptionist at the counter gave us outstanding service answering every question and providing even more information and advice.

Their policy is light cleaning daily, no vacuuming except on the weekend. Wish they would vacuum every other day at least.

Great location for the Mayo Clinic great shuttle service. The staff was very nice, underground parking was nice and secure. The complamintry breakfast was very good and the evening food happy hour was very tasty. We would recommend this hotel.

For a "fully accessible room" it was NOT. The door to the room could not be opened by someone in a wheelchair. And though I specified when I made the reservation that we needed an accessible shower (and I was assured that we would have one), we had only a deep bathtub, which my partner could not get into or out of.

The room was very nice.Staff was gracious and the evening meal was much appreciated.
