Close to Mayo Clinic Hospital The parking facilities were great.

I missed the restaurant which was under renovation. No one replaced the coffee packets on the 2nd day.

Location and cleanliness

Advertised a pool and hot tub. It’s not anywhere close by, not on site, AND you have to pay to go use it. And figure out how to get there.

Up top hotel with very high standard of cleanliness. The room was high quality with great amenities.

You have to pay 16$ for parking and the breakfast is gonna cost you a lot.. think like having a breakfast in Starbucks.

Parking. Also, the jacuzzi was not working. They should have told us before we booked the hotel.

Locked inside the hotel room, not able to leave the room. deadbolt would not disengage. Called front desk and maintenance csme who acted like we didn¿t know how to open a door. I said this is a safety hazard and if there was a fire would be trapped.

Maintenance and front desk didn¿t act like being trapped in room was a big deal. I asked to speak to manager but front desk said she could help. Expressed concern about fire hazard but nothing was done

Location is great.

- $14 for parking - non-working refrigerator - empty body wash in shower - non-working ice machine on our floor - our room had odd wall patches and walls just seemed dirty

Location, size of room, and cleanliness were second to none.

No hot water on the upper floors makes for very cold showers. Staff knows about it but there¿s nothing they can do.

My daughter and I were so tired when arriving. The check in was quick, friendly, and informative. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and shower felt great!

I would recommend they put USB ports somewhere in the room.

Always a friendly staff & very accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable, especially bedding. Great food at the restaurant. Have stayed here multiple times!

Everything was just fine. Typical Marriott experience

As I say on all Marriott reviews. I changed allegiances to Hilton 10 years ago when M removed their breakfast buffet in the Am and went to pre packaged food AND forced me to purchase Starbucks coffee vs giving complimentary coffee in the lobby.

The Hotel and Restaurant Staff were friendly and accomodating.

Refrigerator was not working, but was replaced. Expensive parking that was in addition to the hotel bill.

Clean, modern, located directly across from Mayo. Parking garage felt safe, though the spots are somewhat small. Costs $11/night to park.

Across the street from Mayo St Mary’s Hospital,. Very convenient with restaurants within walking distance.

Desk staff were very thoughtful and friendly. Rooms were immaculate. Location is right across from St. Mary's hospital and near many restaurants.

Could use more seating space in lobby. Many people are there with extended family.

They knew me, when I walked in the second time to get a room for an extra night, helped me out with a phone charger, that was left at home.

Everything was good, no complaints.

Beds were good and staff was very nice. Linens were clean.

The bathroom wasn't as clean as the last time we stayed here. Back of the wall by the sink was dirty and not wiped off. Dark hair on the floor of the bathroom and the room had a funny smell to it. Rug looked dirty. The bathroom wasn't as clean as the

Wonderful and welcoming staff who made our stay perfect. Coming back from the Mayo Clinic I was exhausted and in pain and they graciously allowed us a later check out time. That really helped us. Staff is to be commended as they were outstanding! Thanks!

Good restaurant

Confusing parking; no breakfast

The cleanliness, amenities, relative location, price.

The electricity went out on the nt I stayed. No explanations for the blackout, no tv, lights, elevators! Came back on but would have liked announcement or reimbursement, even a drink. Had to walk 5 flights w/stage 4 breast & lung cancer.

The bed was very comfortable and clean, the pie was the best, the hot tub was great.

I did not like the parking charge everyday
