Residence Inn by Marriott Rochester Mayo Clinic Area

location location location . we come to Rochester MN and always stay here. great staff, great breakfast. excellent rooms

The size of the room combined with the variety of food offered at the continental breakfast was fantastic

I had to pay extra for parking that was outside in a lot. I was not aware of this when the room was booked. It was also a small walk to the hotel from the parking lot. It was not connected to the hotel.

The garbage that was under the sink was full with take out food boxes and watermelon rinds. The front desk at check in told me we could park on the street at any metered parking spot and wouldn't get ticketed over the weekend. We got a ticket.

Great location, nice size room and excellent shower.

The room was spacious and the staff was very courteous.

I didn't need all of the kitchen stuff, and would have preferred a less expensive room of a bit smaller size.

Clean Friendly Great breakfast Large room

Location 2 blocks from Mayo Clinic in Minnesota . Instead it provides 1 double bed room because they ran out of room

Hotel did NOT honor the promise of double occupancy IN

Great shower water pressure. Adequate space in the breakfast area. Location next to Mayo Clinic with subway access is a high scoring point.

Extra payment for parking.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. The appetizers were great.

Would have liked a bed larger than regular size. I didn't expect to haveto pay for parking and i assumed there wOuld have been swimming pool.

Great breakfast and location to Mayo Clinic.

Small bed

The employees were friendly and very helpful.

Very attentive staff!

Proximity to Mayo clinic was good

Noise of humming out window from HVAC

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS OVER AND ABOVE EXPECTATIONS...thanks to the wonderful and competent staff. Excellent is all I can say

there is not one single negative about this hotel. All was absolutely perfect

Good location. Nice staff and front desk. Elevator Access to walking subway and close proximity to Mayo. Decent breakfast. Room was very nice. Kitchen in room was handy. Option for indoor parking at hotel or public garage next door, Mayo West. Good stay.

Construction in area. (Seems like all over the campus). Some noise in morning starting at 08:00. Not too bad.
