Hotel was just steps from St. Mary's hospital Staff was very helpful and friendly .Free breakfast buffet. Was great. Everything was clean ..they are pet friendly .We would stay here again.
Staff was nice, location across from Mayo Clinic is great. Room and bed were fine.
WiFi is awful! Breakfast is OK, coffee is awful.
Good hotel and great location
The parking is very difficult.
The location is unbeatable.
The curtains dont keep the light out. The breakfast doesn't really measure up to the comparable limited service hotels.
Lication
It doesn't deserve 31/2 star rating
The price was ok, close to the mayo clinic
The smell of the rooms wasn't the great, and the temperature was extremely hot we can barely sleep because of the temperature of the rooms sweating all night, and a lot of noise from the ppl at the roon next to us.
The staff were very nice and friendly. It was a nice, clean, and acomfortable room. I would stay there again.
It was very close to St Mary's Hospital (right across the street).
The room I had was on the second floor, a king deluxe handicap room. The window faced the interior hallway which was brightly lit all night long. The blackout curtains in the room did not prevent the hallway light from streaming in from all sides of the window. I could not fall asleep because the room was too bright. I did mention this to the attendant and he offered to switch my room. I declined because I was only staying one more night and didn't feel like packing up my stuff and moving rooms. I offered suggestions on how they could solve this issue. Hotels in Europe have motion sensors in their hallways so the hallways are dark at night and only turn on when motion is detected. Not sure why American hotels have not moved in this direction. I also suggested adding shades to the windows that cover better. The attendant said he would mention my suggestions to the manager. If I stay here again I will be sure that my room is not on the second floor. I am also going to pack a sleep mask in the future just in case.
It was a well stocked, buffet style, complimentary breakfast. It was served in a pleasant, comfortable setting. The serving and table areas were clean and well kept.

Close to Hospital. Parking. Canadian Honker
Staff was some of the rudest people we have encountered. Met 4 different staff. Asked for 2 beds, just a NO, didn't look just NO. Room sofa bed, was torn/ripped all across the from seated area. But we had to use because needed that as a place to sit/sleep. Before checkout card was deactivated before we left she said that is not our issue, luckily I was still in room. But just having surgery getting up out of bed was a huge problem for me each time, they left to get supper. When we checked out they said they must have the key......we had on , they said then we need to GET the other. I let mine in the room. GET IT ...well can't cause I can't get in. just RUDE !!!
The location was very convenient for our early morning report time at the St. Mary's hospital across the street. We were grateful to not have to deal with parking at 5 am and could just walk across the street.
We stayed for 2 nights, and around 9:30 pm, after my mother took a shower, the tub was not draining. We let it sit as we got ready for bed and noticed around 10 pm that it was still not draining so I could not shower. We called the front desk, who dropped off a plunger for us (to fix ourselves). One pump of the plunger and yellow and brown matter started coming up through the tub drain, including more water that smelled foul. We told the front desk, and they moved us to a non-smoking room down the hall, which reaked of cigarette smoke on the towels and shower curtains. It was also a joining room, with only one single, thin door so we could hear the couple next to us seemingly wrapping presents with cellophane until just before midnight. With an early rise, we decided to just deal with the smell by closing the bathroom door with most linens in there. In the morning, I informed the front desk associate (who ironically had an unlit cigarette in his hands at the front desk) of the smoke smell, and how we were in town for my mother's stage 4 lung cancer procedure. He had nothing better to say than "oh okay, you're all set for checkout then?". This hotel was incredibly convenient for our unique early morning, but I have never had a worse customer service experience. I've stayed at dilapidated roadside motels during cross-country road trips in the middle of nowhere that had more supportive staff than this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk person couldn't have been more than 17 years old and didn't know the most essential things about the facility. We asked for a plate to eat our take out with, and he recommended that we go to the grocery store. I found the continental breakfast room, and they had styrofoam plates available. Quite a simple thing to know, in my opinion and wasn't a big deal until we dealt with the other inconsiderate employees.
The staff was excellent. My Father was dying and had to keep extending.Everyone was sweet especially Howard our housekeeper. He had so much compassion for us.
The dryer took forever.
King bed was super comfortable and it was close to St Mary’s hospital
Very noisy, you can hear everything your neighbor is doing and when they come and go due to door slams. I my case neighbor was talking loud until midnight and started back up at 7 am. After sitting bedside with a sibling on the hospital for 9 hours I just want peace and quiet and rest.
The breakfast contained nothing but breads and sweets and yogurt. steam table of eggs and meats would be nice.
I didn't like the breakfast and a friendly reminder to turn up the room thermostat at checkin would have been nice.
