It was very quiet, comfortable bed and pillows!

One pillow had a blood stain on it. I brought it to the front desk and staff provided a different pillow. I don't understand how cleaning staff did not see this. I detected the stain through the pillow case as that was the front pillow on the bed.

The parents and kids in the hot tub jumping in, throwing beach balls, drinking beer and using large mats to float on

South door was broken and did not lock. Landscape plants need replacing but outside is nice

They were pet friendly but that comes with a $50 surcharge Rooms spacious, quiet. Bed comfy. Bathroom & shower well appointed and well situated

The size of the room

The bed was dirty there was buggers or something all over sheets. Called to get fresh sheets had to call two times, they finally brought sheets that were to small called again only to be met with a major attitude. Finally got the right sheets.

Helpful and friendly staff. My son absolutely loved that they had an Elf. We stayed a few separate times in December and this was so fun for him.

Breakfast was great. Room temperature could be set as we liked it. Gym was good. It was a nice place!

Twice now I have experienced difficulties with the cards for entries and both time needed re-keying. Coffee pots in room do not work (twice with different rooms). Heater in the room was clanking and very loud and needed to be turned off.

Very clean neat appears to have recently been remodeled or else it?s very new carpet was soft and fresh. The bedding and linen were great. Breakfast was delicious. They kept it stocked well right up until the end of the buffet for breakfast

The pool area must?ve just recently been redone. The pool lining and hot tub lining is very sharp causing abrasions to toes and fingers

At 8:45 am Sunday mourning housekeeping rapped on door and walked in. She then proceeded to ask if we were checking out and when? Thank goodness we were dressed. This should not have happened and when I told front desk gal, she wasn't concerned.

Nice & clean. Pool was nice too!

Our bathroom didn?t have a fan, or it didn?t seem to be working. Annoying, but not a huge deal.

No coffee pot or microwave in the room which it was supposed to have. Asked lady at front desk about it and she was unhelpful and rude.
