    Pros +

    • My stay was comfortable. The property was very accessible. I arrived late and the staff was more than happy to accommodate me. The suite was nice. As I didn’t spend much time in the room though, I did like to set up.
    • Close to St Mary’s hospital, clean.
    • Very close to St Mary’s, where I had to be up early to get myself to a surgery

    Cons -

    • There wasn’t much to dislike by the property. I mean I am a smoker so and he placed it accommodates that a little bit better is nice but I don’t expect it though. I would’ve liked to experience more of what the hotel had to offer.
    • More expensive than other hotels, have to pay additional for parking.
    • The woman at the concierge desk where I checked in was extremely rude and treated me like an inconvenience, and like every question I asked, I should have known the answer. It was a terrible way to be treated the day before a major surgery.

Practically every single thing about this place exceeded our expectations. The front desk gal was amazing. The design of the building and facilities was amazing. Space was amazing. Elevators were fast. Dog run was appreciated. Red Cow restaurant on the main floor was perfection. Patio was nice. Only complaint was the mattresses and furniture wasn’t as plush and as comfortable as one would expect out of a place so well done.

Furniture and mattresses could have been more comfortable.

Clean, great customer service, and convenience shuttle busses to Mayo Clinic, Gonda building.

The lodgings were amazing! Three bedroom apartment with a balcony, outdoor pool and more at the same rate as a hotel!

    Nothing!

    Clean, large space

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable, 2 outlets did not work, took a very long time for water to heat up for a shower, confusing where to park, key cards didn’t work

Location is amazing. close to St Marry's Mayo Clinic. The appratment was clean and kitchen appliance were good.

One of the staff at the Concierge desk was not welcoming and was not helpful at all. there is no bellman so I had to drag my luggage by myself.

Location is great. We didn't eat breakfast there but we did eat at the Red cow for lunch and it was good. Rooms were clean and accommodating and ready for a longer stay. The balcony was a good add on to relax.

I couldn't get the tv channels. I also couldn't get the thermostat to adjust.

Location is great for Mayo Clinic patients, and is attached to a nice restaurant. It was particularly convenient to have the keyless access throughout the hotel through the use of a phone app

It is not a hotel, but rather short-stay apartments, and no desk for laptop work space

Extremely modern new construction space centrally located with very helpful nice staff and good amenities.

Was a tiny bit expensive but would probably stay here again if we needed to be back in the area.

    - toilets were equipped with bidets (شطافه) I would give them five stars for that alone as an Arab. -I was worried about the bed not being comfortable based on previous reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Mattress is medium in firmness and was extremely comfortable to sleep in.

Room could use better lighting and additional mirrors. Not a big deal but just a suggestion :)

The location, the roominess of the apartment and the ability to carry out our medical treatment at the Mayo Clinic without having to be crammed into one room made our trip much better.

The beds were like rocks and the bottles of water in the fridge had little tags that I had, at first, mistaken for coupons. In fact, they were notices that each bottle would add $3 to my tab. For $300 a night, you’d think a couple of bottles of water and decent toilet paper rather than single-ply sandpaper wouldn’t be too much to ask.

The expert level of cleanliness and care that used in caring for this building was incredible. It was so quiet and we never heard any other guests. The layout of the apartment was open and airy. We felt right at home while being so far away from home. Our visit was specifically for the Mayo Clinic and it was the perfect retreat each day to rest and reset for our week of appointments. We utilized the hotel shuttle for all of our appointments and it was so convenient, clean, and easy to use. An additional perk was the free coffee! It was delicious and felt like a coffee shop each day. Also, the in room laundry was amazing!

If I could reflect on any thing the bed was a little firmer than we prefer and we also prefer king size pillows on a king size bed. Overall though, we were VERY comfortable and happy with our stay.

Really lovely amenities and an excellent location. Staff was also incredibly helpful! Would absolutely stay here again in the future anytime I’m in Rochester.

My only complaint about the property is that the beds were really uncomfortable. The first few days I had a hard time getting to sleep because of it— the mattress was hard as a rock! The sheets were also paper thin, and I had to use a heated blanket to stay warm.

The hotel is modern, comfortable, spacious and immaculate.

    Wonderful place with a great...

Since I was going to be there for two nights during my appointment at the Mayo Clinic, I booked your studio suite so that I'd have a comfortable place to relax in between appointments. Unfortunately, the chairs available for sitting were not very comfortable
