Staff, convenience, style and cleanliness.

The rooms and the pool area were amazing . All of the staff were kind and courteous

The elevator security was way too much you shouldn't have to swipe your card every where you go. only going into the elevator not for every button you push.

The pool area! Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Disappointed that the steam room was closed.

Staff not overly friendly or helpful. I paid for breakfast and the hotel staff did not honor.

The location was perfect we were able to take the skyway to go between the hotel, parking garage and civic center and did not have to walk outside in the cold at all.

I had an extra hotel charge for shuttle service to the airport. Repeated attempts to have them email my the receipts have failed. Please retrieve this and email it to me.Thank You

They did not restrict the amount of people in the pool area but had low capacity at the hotel.

No sound proofing from the hallway or next door units.

The value of the hotel did not reflect the cost.

The staff that checked us in was kind and understanding. The location is very near to Mayo Clinic and connected by skyway. Facilities are good and the hotel is clean

During our checkout, the night staff took a long time to attend to us despite the fact that we were the only ones in line and our explaining that we were in a hurry because we had an early flight

The hotel was lovely. The room was comfortable, but could use a little updating. It wasn't worn out, but getting tired. They were flexible with check-out time, which was great because we had a meeting that went until noon. If we'd had to check out by 11am, we would have had a problem.

Not much, except I think the hotel needs to do some updating overall in decor and room furnishings.

Staff at front desk do not understand that they are working in the "hospitality" business.

Very accommodating! I give a 10/10 for service. I was there for a Mayo appointment, and they allowed us to check in early without any extra charge.

The staff was really amazing. We had appointments at Mayo Clinic for 2 days. Valet staff parked our car and offered us rides to our appointments. That really helped alleviate our stress level! We would definitely stay here again. Dinner at Pittsburgh Blue was excellent as well.

The price, however, with chauffeured rides, it was an incredible deal!
