Easy in and out with location

It was not the room i booked and was gross

Dirty, unkept, no breakfast, no fitness center, unsecured

The front desk clerk. She was wonderful.

They advertised having breakfast and having coffee pots in the room. There was NO FOOD or COFFEE at all. Looked like smoke damage to the wall and ceiling by the cook stove, pull window shade broke, Ice machine unplugged so no ice available

The staff was very friendly and the location was nice.

The staff treated me like I was going to throw a party as I was checking in and there were dead bugs in the light fixtures. The hall smelled terrible.

How all the employees sit out front chain smoking for an hour like they are selling drugs out front. Real inviting

They tow vehicles that arent staying even though their lot has nothing but a giant parking lot next to it. Doubt they have ppl taking up parking. Just a way 2 get your plate and for a tow company to make money off ppl they shouldnt. Wasnt told til arrival

nice size room, comfortable bed

Somewhat run down and sketchy people hanging around. Most times I had to walk past smokers to get into the building and these areas were dirty and trashy because of this.

The room wasn't bad for the 2 minutes I was in it.

I was evicted for bringing a cat into my room for less two minutes. "pet frindly" apparently didn';t include cats although It was never stated about pets. I was unable to get any refund or even cancel the stay. Paid for 10 days and never stayed there.

Nothing. Smelled like drugs, the workers were incredibly rude

Everything. They tried adding $210 in fees at check in on our stay fast we had already paid for. My 1st amendment right was violated when the worker kicked us out for disputing the fee. She will not return my money. Management failed to respond.

Hallways smelled. Room was fine, but a bit rundown. Looks to have several long term guest. I probably wouldn?t stay here again.

Bed , heater , kitchenette , no cups

Staff did not take care of a drunk At 3:12 am banging on door she had a key but the person in the room would not let here in so she stood there unt watermelon she was worn out or sobered up then went to the front lounge and passed out in a chair

Easy to find

No breakfast. Was supposed to be 6:00 no one around at 6 :10. Loud fighting on floor 10:00 pm and later. Did not feel safe.

There were no towels in the room (only hand towels). When I asked the desk, she said none were available at that time and laundry was running but she didn?t know if there were any towels being washed at the moment

Absolutely nothing

It was horrible, almost filthy dirty Towels in the bathroom I had to change my own sheets after requesting clean ones because they were filthy. They have pit bulls everywhere. They have convicts living there and it is horrific to stay there.

Old and outdated and broken down room

No Breakfast as shown on website, smell of marijuana, in a non-smoking hotel, phones didn't work, tv didn't work, staff was aware of both issues but couldn't/wouldn't help. No clock in room. No one was at front desk at 5:30-6:30 when I had to leave.

Overall clean

Bathtub didn't drain after 1st shower. 2nd person could not shower. No staff to complain to.

Kitchenette, new floor, they are remodeling. Price

3 large boxes of garbage from remodeling left in the hallway the entire 3 days we were there, guests started to put their garbage in the boxes. Strong weed/marajuana smell in hallway entire 3 days. We love dogs, but there are way too many large dogs.

It was quiet.

They only had grab and go breakfast which did not include any protein. I was expecting a hot breakfast.

Our room was clean, the hotel was quiet, water was hot, the fridge worked great along with the heat. Our bed was comfortable.

It would be nice to have a hot breakfast in place of the grab and go breakfast. Minimally, they should add protein to the grab and go.
