Valet does not answer their phone. Had to go down to order our car which they told us the day before it would take about 30 minutes.
The lobby and coffee area
Dark and outdated in rooms. Our room was on skyway level and weird to get to
Great location, lovely lobby area and comfortable clean rooms all at a bargain price.
We were disappointed that the restaurant was no longer serving food at about 9:45 PM on a Saturday night.
Location, Friendly/helpful front desk, clean. Cool lobby area. Quiet for being right downtown
I parked in the 150 5th Ramp. Cost was cheap, but was a hassle to get into during the weekend. Once we figured it out it was alright.
I liked the lobby w all the plants.
The room I got was extra small, bed was too soft, one lamp didn¿t turn off but flickered all night. The room was also facing another room. No sun!
The layout of the room was great, very spacious and welcoming.
The skyway to the parking was closed in the morning even at 10:30am so we had to walk outside across the street to get back to our car.
Staff, very friendly and accomodating
Kitchen/restaurant was closed due to a party. That would have been nice to know as we couldn't get room service on our anniversary.
That i was unable to get a hold of anyone for over 3 days as they¿re phone was not working. I needed to cancel my hotel reservation and was unable to and they charged my credit card anyways. I even attempted to email the hotel and did not get a call ba
Hotel had too much air freshener. Bothered my partner with asthma.
Within walking distance to Hennepin Ave, Target Center, Crave. Parking ramp directly across the street for $14 (Fri-Sat). Quite, modern, clean.
I loved everything about The Emery. Spyglass Coffee Shop had excellent coffee and breakfast options with great customer service. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis and a few blocks away from US Bank Stadium.
Very quiet and clean and smelled amazing!
Parking charged to my account without telling me first when I gave my card for incidentals. I assumed that would be included in the overall price of the stay.
I've always felt so comfortable in these rooms. Everything was clean and comfortable. Downtown Minneapolis, not a spot missed.
Large groups in lobby, but hey, it's a busy place.
Decor
We were in a corner room, and the hot water took close to 10 minutes to warm up. We called the desk and they told us it just takes that long for corner rooms.
It is a very nice hotel. The room was comfortable, but a little small. It worked for us though. The hotel was clean. We grabbed coffee at the coffee shop and that was convenient. The employees were all very pleasant.
I wish parking at the hotel wasn¿t so expensive. Downtown was dead, so I parked 2 blocks away and walked for a third of the price of parking at the hotel.
I asked for a room with a tub an she upgraded me to a room with a soaking tub and I fell in love! Thanks again
Beautiful hotel. Nice updated rooms. Friendly staff.
Little confusing at first where the desk was. Only found one way in to the place.
The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful!
The parking is a pain. And the Skywalk to the ramp is closed on the weekends. So you have to go outside and around the block, get buzzed into the ramp by security, and then take an elevator down to your car.
The lobby really IS amazing. Plant oasis & beautiful architecture. The front desk was wonderful & this was by far the fastest check in I¿ve ever experienced. Charming room with comfy bed & lovely bathroom. Found parking elsewhere using an app. A+ stay!
Hotel parking is a bit more than I like to spend but if you research a little or use a parking app you can find less expensive options. You may need to walk a bit but it works for me as I love walking around this city.
