AC Hotel Minneapolis West End

Hotel is very warm, inviting, clean. Staff super welcoming and friendly. Just a great overall experience.

Very clean, staff was amazing, my room was beautiful

Proximity to our events.

Very expensive¿.did not have the staff¿.breakfast was disappointing for the cost.

You can order room service and go grab it.

Unless you specify you want a clean room they will give you a dirty room. The tables in the room were so dirty and not clean The dirty the towel had hair on it not mine! Shameful , I bring my own cleaning supplies thank GOD and my own towel.

Location and very nice luxurious feel

The bed was hard.

The staff is friendly, rooms are clean. The restaurants is close to tons of restaurants which are within walking distance. I loved the lobby.

Clean. Modern. Great price. Friendly staff.

The decor and the lighting in the rooms. Very nice and very comfortable.

Couldn't find a binder with information about the hotel, nearby businesses and restaurants, etc. We're old. :-) We did eventually just turn to Google, but I never did find the restaurant's menu online.

Trendy, clean, comfortable, friendly staff.

Love the rooftop bar but a bit chilly. Didn't like valet parking fee.

New and clean and nice staff great breakfast

Didn't know they only had valet parking wouldn't have stayed if I knew

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms huge and hotel employees awesome at checkin/checkout.

The valet employees customer service was lacking as they were rude.

New slick look

No complimentary breakfast

Very clean and staff was friendly

Only the minimal menu selections.

Clean, modern look. Great location. Very happy with the hotel.

I liked everything - no complaints.

The breakfast

Price

Parking was terrible

The smell as you enter is tight! I just love the attention to detail.

Must park valet

The rooftop bar was super cool and the staff were friendly, my husband and I really like it for a night cap after dinner out!

The bed was a little hard.

Modern, new and clean with free parking.

The only thing was Friday night, because of a Trivia game in the lobby, overnight guests did not have a place to park so I had to park underneath the building late at night.
