Hotel Ivy, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Minneapolis

Everything was very comfortable and well provided for. Felt like the room was clean and linens/towels luxurious. The view out the window of downtown was nice and the overall decorations and lobby spaces let us know we were staying in a classy hotel.

Everything seemed very overpriced. The room alone was $--- and all the amenities were charges for in the room as well (which was not noted in an easy-to-see manner) so we ended up being charged a lot of money for things we thought were part of the room.

Rude Valet, no food or spa options late, gave me the wrong room, parking expensive, not helpful when I called to complain, very disappointed!

The location in Minneapolis, MN. couldn't have been better ~ less than a block away from Orchestra Hall where I was attending a concert.

There wasn't anything to not like about the hotel, although some of the carpet was beginning to show traffic patterns. Otherwise it was beautiful!!

We had a great experience staying at Hotel Ivy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room we stayed in was lovely and there was great attention to detail throughout our stay.

Only complaint was my wife had to wait 15 minutes to get her car from valet parking

The entire staff was extremely patient and helpful from our very first experience. We made several requests and they were all met with a pleasure to serve. This was one of the best stays we ever had while traveling. We will return when we return to Minny.

Could have used a few more pillows. The dessert in the hotel restaurant was way over priced and looked like a dog threw up on a plate. I am a big dessert fan and had one small bite of the two items that cost us $24!

The rooms were very spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable! Also our bartender at the lower level bar was amazing, along with the drinks he made.

I have stayed at many 5 star hotels and the room service is ridiculously expensive and the quality of food was ok.

More helpful airport transport, when asked if there was a shuttle to the airport, I was told I had to walk several blocks to the tram and it would take me a good hour to get to the airport. I would have had to walk at 4 a,m. by myself.

They put us across from a very loud group of men that we could hear all night, luckily our kids were so tired they slept right through it. Other guests may not have been so understanding.....

This a wonderful boutique hotel, right near the convention center and many restaurants, all within easy walking distance. The attached Abreva restaurant bar had a wonderfully friendly and expert bartender, Sully. We also had a delicious breakfast on Saturday morning in the hotel bar. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, even though it was right next to the elevator.

It was luxurious, but expensive.
