in room refrigerator didn't work.

They sent me a text telling me to park at the most ridiculous place ever. It had to be well over a mile away through winding skyways that led me to locked doors. Carrying my luggage for 45 mins. Drenched in sweat staff had no response. State across st.

Location was great, comfortable beds and clean room.

Multiple elevators to get into the lobby and rooms.

Very nice, clean and close to the downtown scene. We greatly enjoyed our getaway from home!

Parking was a challenge. We had to wait behind someone for 10 minutes to get into the ramp. It said "full" but he eventually got in and then we got in behind him. Then when we tried to pay for parking the machine wouldn't work until we used cash.

I liked its modern style and comfort of the bed.

The music from the clubs near the hotel kept me up all night. The room wasn't cleaned so we ran out of towels and coffee. The shower door had a leak and soaked the floor.

We liked how close it was to Target Field

Our room was HOT! The A/C did not work properly. We called the front desk for maintenance 3 times and had zero success having the issue resolved. The room was 80 degrees when we woke up in the morning. The hotel was busy but only had 3 elevators running.

Yes. I am really upset that they charged me for both nights for using their wifi when it said that it was free online

A woman was screaming and being beaten up during the night of 7/30 and someone was knocking on my door. Had to call front desk 4 times before the front desk person herself came up to make it stop,...she said security was called but I never heard them

Room was spacious, views were excellent and great television entertainment options with YouTube, HBO, Netflix, etc.

Sheets needed to be changed upon arrival. Customer service never answered the phone. Manager was rude and not a good example for customer service. Would expect much more for the star level.

City location was fine for access to points of interest. Room itself was clean and comfortable.

No enforcement of mask wearing in public spaces despite posted signage. Access to parking garage from hotel was very inconvenient. Desk clerk did not quote correct parking fees. City noise from area night clubs was extremely loud interfering with sleep

I did not like that there was no vallet or bell hop to help with bags while unloading the car. The $100 pet policy was unclear that it is non refundable. The room smelled of weed.

I’m still dealing with unresolved billing issues after being charged 3 sepetate times for the same stay. I live paycheck to paycheck. The additional funds taken out of my account is causing extreme hardships financially. The staff has no sense of urgen
