The bedding was horrible.

Clean, Quiet, Friendly, and location!

I loved the looks and atmosphere! The staff was great!

I only stayed for three hours and I had to pay that much money for just taking a shower somewhere

The rate for parking was higher than advertised when booked and it was not explained that there were 2 rates for parking. One option was cheaper without in/out privileges.

Great location and nice hotel overall. Very friendly staff.

No microwave in the rooms and the Starbucks located in lobby was not a "real" starbucks so didn't have too many options.

CLEANLINESS, LOCATION

It took over 30 minutes to check in and they couldn't accomodate adjoining rooms or even rooms next to each other. Maxwell was the person at the desk. He was polite, but it took forever and then when I asked to be on the highest floor possible he didn't

Noise from room to room loud. Could hear everything my neighbor was doing.

Room and hotel clean. Good location.

Room next door was loud, walls extremely thin. When checking in, told room was cancelled due to overbooking. Was told to get into line again to speak to another clerk. told room wasn¿t cancelled. No apologies given. Just slight attitude from 1st clerk.

Great atmosphere and location to U of M. Nice pool and weight room. Good food and drinks at restaurant.

Booked this hotel because of location!

We were a group of 12 booked 5 rooms on or near 7/23/2021. Upon arrival we were told on 2 rooms unavailable. We had to cram 12 people into 8 sleeping spots. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

Clean room/property

Exorbitant pet fee. I would not recommend a Marriott property when traveling with a pet.

The location and rooms are nicely furnished.

Coffee shop wasn't open. I don't believe they have a shuttle either.

Very pricey. Expected a nicer hotel. Could use some soundproofing.

One young lady working the desk tried to be very helpful in spite of a coworker taking over her

Other hotel patrons were loud, fighting, slamming doors until after 1 am. Called front desk but it continued.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pretty good location - excellent for near West Bank University of Minnesota but also not too far from Stone Arch bridge/gold medal park area downtown.

Rooms weren’t exactly the cleanest (there was a sticky adhesive area, the sink wasn’t the cleanest and I found grains of rice by the couch). There was a $30 parking charge even though I didn’t drive , but the really nice front desk staff took care

The location was not exactly where I thought it was. But it was still a nice neighborhood!

Location and amenities.

My room (702) was in the corner of the building. I had to turn sideways to get past the foot of the bed and the office chair. I've stayed in several Courtyard Marriotts and the rooms have always been extremely spacious. For $--- a night,this was not.

Proximity to the freeway.

I had a tarp covering my window for the 2 weeks I was there that fluttered at night against my window and covered my view during the day and night. I felt like I was staying I a bunker

Showtime and HBO promised. Not delivered on any of the 3 night stay. Got a lot of flim-flam from the front desk. Different answers when speaking to different staff. Promised an adjustment of some kind but did not deliver. We will not be staying there agai
