Homewood Suites by Hilton Minneapolis- St. Louis Park at West End

The staff here were phenomenal! The rooms were the cleanest I've been in. We usually stay at Embassy Suites. We've now become converts to Homewood Suites.

Room was clean, slightly outdated. Fan over bed squeaked, so we couldn't use at night. Toilet squeaked every time it flushed.

The location is great. The hotel is very clean and quiet. My favorite hotel to stay at. The AC Hotel nearby is also excellent.

The hotel staff, especially Hotel employee, were the friendliest, most helpful and nice staff I have ever encountered in my 73 years. The breakfast team were always on top of everything and provided an excellent meal every day.

The staff. Especially the kindness of the manager who checked us in. We felt cared for and cared about!

The pool is smaller than expected and they put breakfast away at 9:45 instead of 10 on Monday so I didn't make it in time to eat.

My room was VERY clean and had amenities as described. Staff was VERY helpful and courteous with any questions I had or assistance I needed.

Since I was traveling solo, I relied on the info on the hotel's website. It stated there was a light dinner on Thursday, but it had happened on Wednesday! The other disappointment was again the website stated airport shuttle, but there was none.

The location was close to Highway and stores. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

Things were broken in the room and you could tell no one had cleaned the bathroom in the pool area the whole time we were there. (4 days)

location, close to grocery store, lots of restaurants, shopping and costco. Also great one bedroom unit and decent breakfast. Mostly clean room.

This hotel was close enough to the concert venue but not directly in Minneapolis so it wasn't as crazy

I think they missed some cleaning before we came in. The dishes were still in the dishwasher (maybe that is how they do it), but also the kitchen floor was pretty dirty.

When booking online and paid ahead of time I was aware it was pet friendly but did not realize the Pet fee was $75!

The shower .. perfect water pressure .. The bed was comfortable .. Kitchen area was neat .. I mainly came for the breakfast buffet , pool and to get ready for my wedding ..

Hated the pool , made everyone's eyes were red and burn , the pull out couch was so bad , hardly a mattress! felt every bar on my back ! , breakfast was just sad , no buffet poor packed options ..
