- Wood floors in rooms and friendly staff.
- Nothing, it was a waste of my hard earned money.
- location was good.
Cons -
- Gook in room to hang items on in the hall way section of our room .. stuck way out in narrow halfway ran I to several times was painful
- The staff on duty was rude and busy on her phone while she directed us her customers to a room without air conditioning. When we complained, she told us she was the only staff on duty. We wanted to talk to her boss but that wasn't possible. Terrible!!!
- It took over a hour to get checked in. We didnt get any keys. We were ushered to our room with no keys. The staff was very uncertain of what to do. The room had no air circulation or fan to turn on. I will never stay at this hotel again.
