Best Western Plus LaCrescent / LaCrosse

The young woman (forgot to get her name) working the front desk the evening I checked in was exemplary all around! She was a pillar of warmth with her welcoming smile and polite candor. Please make sure to reward her service!

My only con with this hotel was how hard/stiff the mattress was. It is purely a preference as I prefer a medium firm mattress.

Super clean. Super quiet rooms. Nicely decorated.

Everything! Updated room; flat screen tv, fridge, microwave, pod coffeemaker, firm mattress, large bath room w/sliding door walk-in shower, great hot breakfast w/scrambled eggs & sausage patties etc.! Large area for lounging and breakfast!

The bedside clock didn?t have correct time; maintenance replaced it! That?s the only thing wrong!

Clean and very nice hotel close to La Crosse but not in La Crosse.

The location was the best for us while we were visiting family in the area. Also the breakfast was delicious.

The staff that was working seemed very impatient Is she talked way too fast for us to understand anything. When we ask questions It seemed like we were inconveniencing her and she was in a hurry to get back to whatever she was doing.

Everyone was so nice. They gave you plenty of towels and were accommodating when we wanted to extend our trip.

Easy access right on the highway. Very clean and comfortable room with comfort chair and foot stool, desk with nice office chair, comfortable bed and large bathroom w/ large walk-in shower. Breakfast included and large dining room. Helpful staff!

The hotel and guest rooms were kept very clean. The rooms were reasonably priced and they even had a small hot breakfast daily. All of the employees were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing to stay in the area.

The room was very nice and clean. The entire facility was neat and orderly.

The only issues (minor) that prevented me from rating everything a 10 were: 1.) The room heating/cooling units were very noisy throughout the night. 2.) The early morning staff person on duty was not wearing a protective mask.

The room was clean.

The country view room that I paid extra for was a view of residential houses. I tried booking a room directly with the hotel and the lady was very unorganized (lost my reservation, had to call back, said she sent a confirmation email I never got, etc).

The height of the toilet was loo low. Elderly have a hard time with that.

Close to the activities we were doing.

Clean and well lept

Very Clean.

Clean

Very nice hotel! New and very clean.

Overall one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at

Everything was new and clean.

I chose the option to pay when I checked in. They charged my card the morning before my arrival.

We have stayed here many times. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

We came with children who were eager to swim. The pool was extremely cold, way too cold for even the most adventurous child and the pool area was very chilly. This was so disappointing for the children. Also their breakfast seems to be shrinking every time we stay. The water dispenser was empty and the coffee machine was broken. Maybe we just hit them at a bad time.

Friendly staff. Clean & comfortable hotel. Close & easy to get to Mayo without traffic of LaCrosse!!!

Traffic noise from hwy.
