AmericInn by Wyndham International Falls

The people at the desk were gracious, fun, so helpful. Hot soup welcomes guests! Clean & inviting. As avid travelers on a 5-wk trip in July, we were surprised/delighted to find this Americinn patriotically lit up! It easily ties for our TOP 3of26 hotels!

The staff is amazing especial the woman in the breakfast area, along with it being very clean.

They should have a floor at one end for seniors and no kids at that hallway, but wasn't to bad.

You said that they had a shuttle to the airport they do not. My son was trying to get me on the phone but he could not, He called the desk and asked them to check my room, they did not.

It has free parking and breakfast included in price. Price is way too high for such a God forsaken community. It is frigid and grey outside everyday with snow blowing around. Terrible, terrible, terrible place to visit.

The first room we had on the first floor was tiny for a room with a king size bed. The bed filled the whole room. I ran the bathroom sink after checking in. It didn't drain at all. I took the drain plug out and had to fix a massive black hair plug.

Clean, new, pleasant staff, and breakfast buffet had a fabulous variety and was clean & well maintained

Staff who was at the front desk, also took care of hospitality and was severely short staffed, did Everything herself with a smile and positive attitude. She made her guest stay extra special no matter how busy and hectic it got. She deserves a raise

Location, ease finding. Parking plentiful. Front desk very helpful, gave information on places to eat, sites.

Staff was incredibly friendly, and helpful all around. Specifically the man working the front desk on Saturday morning. He was even stepping in at breakfast to make sure everything was good, and helping people where he was needed. He was phenomenal!

Location was great for visiting Voyagers National Park. New, clean hotel. Grocery store across the street. Comfortable bed and delicious breakfast.

Everything was great from the quick, easy check in to finding everything we needed. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

Normally, I do not stay at an AmericInn by Wyndham as they do not keep up their properties or who they sell their AmericInn franchises too. When I saw that it was newly built with great reviews, I decided to stay and I was not disappointed.

The breakfast was mediocre at best. Even though it offers almost the same items as other chain hotels, the eggs were watery, biscuits soggy, and the sausage was lukewarm. The waffles stuck to the waffle iron!

The staff was the best I¿ve ever had at a hotel, the morning crew and maintenance man were fun to talk to, enjoyed staying there
