The beds were very hard, no "pillowtop" nor softening arranged
Dog barking in a room when we arrived - called and told front desk and they said "owners would be back soon" and obnoxious guests partying all night loudly. No help from front desk
Great friendly staff. Nice hot breakfast.
The bed was a bit hard.
Bed bugs in the bed and still waiting to hear what they are going to do about it. Was told room would be comped but still not confirmed.
Close to location I visited
Internet/Wifi wasn't up to par. Couldn't keep a connection and when I did, it was slow. Was in town on businees and needed good wifi service. Good hotel for just needing a room, but if you require internet, I wouldn't recommend it.
When I got to the Room that did not find my reservation or a generally I ended up paying for the Room my shelf at a lesser rate then you built me and upgraded to the bridal suite from their end with excellent your end was crapy
it was clean , front desk people were very nice
I wish they would have a shuttle to treasure Island. Continental breakfast should have had eggs and sausage. Not much to choose from.
Hot staff that checked me in
