Hampton Inn Fairmont

The cleaniness and the location. The staff that I encountered was very good and polite and willing to help.

ROOM- Room was too small, no outside ventilation since windows don't open, stuffy and smelled. 2 queen beds. We were 2 adults sharing the room.

Very clean, The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The bed was a little hard.

Shower height and water pressure were perfect. The bed was super comfortable.

TV remote seemed less than intuitive.

Staff was competent and efficient.

It is a terrible facility. Room was small. Hallway rug clean but faded. Worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at.

Room seemed a little small. No couch or relax chair. Just a desk chair

THE ONLY REASON WE STAYED THERE WAS SO WE DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY TO GO OUT FOR BREAKFAST. WHEN WE WENT TO GO EAT THEY WERE OUT OF SCRAMBLED EGGS AND BACON OR SAUSAGE AND ALL THAT WAS AVALIBLE WAS BISCUITS AND GRAVY. AFTER 10-15 MINUTES THEY STILL HADN'T FILLED THE PAN, WHATEVER. (I THINK THE ROOM WAS $267 OR SOMETYHING, WIIL BE MORE CAREFULL WHEN BOOKING NEXT TIME)

I came to stay here because I work in Fairmont as a traveling nurse, so it was close to Good Sam.

Rude staff, terrible coffee.

The welcoming sign when you enter the front door, the staff at the front desk, the snacks for purchase area, the gym and pool, the room numbers with pictures next to them (I always forget the number but not the picture!), the very complete coffee, tea and hot cocoa station, the great breakfast, the toiletries available at the front desk, the pillows and sheets, the umbrellas on loan for a rainy day! Nothing missing, a total package of hospitality. So impressed! Thank you!

Location

Hallways, stairways, common areas need updating. Bad first impression. Bathroom needs to be updated. Tub surround needs new calking.

Telling me they needed to charge my card an extra $50 for any miscellaneous items like snacks, which were rollaway beds, but the room didn't have enough room for rollaway beds. Why are they charging me 50 bucks? Just thinking how much they put in their Bank and charge everybody $50 for a hundred rooms, how much money they actually have in their bank account all the time because of this BS, even if you get it back, it takes several days, so that's several days that they have in their bank account

Everyone at the property was so friendly! We loved that the pool was open anytime, the continental breakfast, and how clean and comfortable the rooms were and that there were plenty of towels, etc.!

No complaints.

They were renovating but everything was still orderly and clean
