Pros +
- The location is perfect, the staff were friendly and accommodating; pricing was very fair. Kids had a great time in the water park pool, breakfast bar had wonderful selections.
- The Waterpark was fun!
- The hotel has a large common area with plenty of tables and chairs for use during the day. The waterpark has great slides for the kids and separate hot tubs for the kids and adults which is really nice.
Cons -
- Towels were not folded & mixed with all laundry from hotel. The bucket and multiple of the spray things at water park were not working. Very disappointed
- Nothing, we were very happy.
- Our heat went out in our hotel room while it was negative degree weather outside. There was nothing they could do since there were no other rooms available. Our TV remote didn't work and our shower water was extremely rough.
