Parking lot lights could be seen in the room at night even though heavy curtains were pulled.

The shower floor is quite slippery when wet. I wish the air conditioning came thru the top of the room and not right at the bed..it’s very uncomfortable to have the blast of cold air hit you while your trying to sleep…yet the room is too hot…

Convenient to highway; nice desk guy. Had a couple of problems (tv and window not shutting) and they were resolved quickly.

they did charge $100 to my credit card and didn't tell me (I'm assuming as a 'hold' and they will give it back I hope!!) Usually this charge is $50 and usually the hotel lets you know about it so you don't freak when you see the charge on your card.

Large jetted tub

The 2 keycards originally given did not work. After reprogramming at desk, only 1 of 2 worked - a 25% success rate. Also, we had to clean tub before using.

Beds were comfortable. Coffee and lemon water in the lobby was nice.

The breakfast eggs were like hockey pucks. Bacon was paper thin. Bathroom sink was clogged the entire time.

The staff was very friendly.

There was no wall separating the bath tub and the sleeping area. There little privacy when using the toilet if you are rooming with someone. Unless you are traveling alone, I recommend requesting a room with a private bathroom.

Great staff, good size comfortable room, solid breakfast, great towels, and clean self-serve laundry room.

Could not open window to air the room out and it had bit f musty smell that fortuantely went away.

There is no water pressure in the shower, AC hardly put any cold air out. Still, after all the years this place has been here and no automatic doors!!!!

I did not get to use the room because even though it was paid for They wanted such a high security deposit. I lost my money.

All the employees were very nice, helpful, and polite.

The only inconvienance was the floor being retiled right in front of the elevator and in a major walk way. It ,made us go outside through a different door which was a bit of a hastle but the employees were very helpful with that process.

Location, staff (except 1), price meets expectations. Cleanliness need to improve but better than other equivalent hotels. Will recommend and stay again if visiting Utica again. Breakfast was okay but not as expected, could add an egg and pancake platform

The smell of smoke wasn't great. Should be smoke free. We had a smoke free room but we could still smell it. They are working on renovations which is good as this hotel is a bit dated compared to others in the area. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I like how you can watch the tv from the whirlpool

The room had a stale smell do it and one of the pillow cases was stained.

My room was not clean. Still had other people vape behind the TV. Bed wasn¿t clean. Other then that everything else was ok
