Cambria Hotel Shelby Township - Detroit Utica

Very clean, staff is excellent! Restaurant is great. No need to leave hotel at night.

Need better morning accommodations. Having to leave hotel for donut and good coffee is arrrrgghh

The Cambria Shelby was located in a vibrant area with numerous food and entertainment choices. Its atmosphere reminded me of a boutique hotel in South Miami, perhaps on Collins or Ocean Drive. The fresh scent throughout the lobby and entrances was notable

NOISY, did not sleep well for 3 days, manager not on site and does not follow up on complaints, was not given credit back to me after complaining

The website said there was a coffee maker and a hairdryer in each room. Our room did not have a hairdryer and the coffee maker didn¿t work. When I inquired at the desk I was told they didn¿t have any extra hairdryers or coffee makers.

I called front desk upon entering room and requested the floor be cleaned. They immediately sent 2 staff members to clean the floor.

I would have preferred the floor be warm water rinsed afterward, but I was satisfied.

Our room was exceptionally clean nicely decorated bed was awesome slept great.

Loud music until late into the night and paper thin walls.. upon entering the hotel you are entering through a high end busy restaurant which is very uncomfortable..the ¿heated¿ pool was cold.

New boutique hotel with spacious and nicely decorated rooms.

Slow internet. The coffee machines in the room aren¿t practical to make a regular cup of coffee or tea.

Pool area was entirely toooo hot. The room temperature and water were both too warm/hot.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Only one elevator was operating. Usually that was fine but on Sunday morning there were longer than usual waits for the elevator.

It was the perfect location for our stay. We got to be close to family and friends but didn’t have to trek home each day which made the weekend the perfect place.

It was a beautiful hotel from the downstairs restaurant to our individual room.
