- Friendly staff
- The hotel was convenient to Sturgis. The room was nice. Coffee in lobby was great! Breakfast was ok. I didn¿t use the pool but it looked nice.
- Breakfast offered Hot food choices
Cons -
- We were there for 40 hours and had 3 rooms. Broken fridge and AC in room 1. Broken AC in room 2. Maintenance people argued with me that the AC worked fine but neither room would drop below 78 degrees. Made us stay in second room overnight
- The front desk staff were invisible . Customer service at checkin would go a long way, inform the guests about the amenities. Lobby smelled musty.
- Pool was too cold to use and I was looking forward to a swim
