The Exercise Room.

The room could have a fixed curtain, & the closet door didn't shut all of the way. The telephones didn't work.

It was a lovely hotel.

The only real negative is that at breakfast, the attendant was continually wiping everything and wiped the top of the toaster while my English muffin was in it. I threw it out. She then proceeded to reference me as a Karen to her coworker.

Staff was great and continental breakfast was good

Our bathroom door didn’t latch, the fitted sheet on the pull out couch had a stain, the hot tub needs updating

Room was big. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Location was great

Air conditioning was loud but I definitely would stay here again.

There was kind of a weird smell in the hallways on the 2nd floor. We had a few fruit flies in our room :o The kids wished there was a potato option for breakfast:)

The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were nice.

The sauna room did not heat up well.

Free breakfast, hot tub being hot and the pool being warm.

The first room we got had the smell of smoke though was nonsmoking. They were nice and changed the rooms. That room had a few small issues like the hvac fan making too much noise and one light fixture broken. It was also a fairly loud hotel.

The room was larger than average. A sofa in addition to 2 beds. One child slept on the foldout sofa, which made the sleeping arrangements more comfortable for everyone

It was ok. Everything was average. Based on the hotel score I was expecting a much nicer place. They didn¿t even have coffee. One dinky machine which broke down and it took almost an hour before someone came to fix it. Why not just have large coffee urns

Staff were amazing. Due to loud teenagers 2 story room), we needed to move rooms. The staff were completely understanding and helped us switch rooms. They then helped us figure out the tv (previous customers had plugged in gaming).

Was easy to get to my granddaughters house to hotel.

Lighting in bathroom was too dim.Could hardly see to shave and couldn't see good in shower

Was supposed to receive a whirlpool room but received a regular king. Bait and switch?

Pool area is very nice. Hot tub and sana are great. Second shift attendant was very friendly, along with the week day breakfast attendant.

Weekend breakfast attendant was rude. Everything was empty and the breakfast area was a mess on the weekend.

Convenient location, and the room was a nice suite, with separate office area.

Check in the as difficult - computer was down. Key didn¿t work - I had to make two additional trips to the front desk for new keys. Bathroom wasn¿t very clean.

Me and several friends stayed there and all were charged different prices for the same type of room. I was charged much more than them
