Dirty shower, bottles not filled, beds, breakfast staff & food.

Great location and good value. Comfortable beds.

We have stayed at this hotel about 4 times before and have always had excellent customer service and a great breakfast buffet. This stay, the attendant Tiffany was very rude- nothing in the buffet was restocked at 9am. The food was cold and dried out.

Good breakfast if you are up early enough, otherwise you need to deal with the staff.

Rude staff, unapproachable, they make sure you don't approach them unless you don't have any other choice. I won't stay there again, very disappointed.

Convenient location, very clean

The staff was working very hard but could not keep up with breakfast service. Food was empty multiple days in a row and trickled out over 30-45 min. They need to revamp the way they prepare food during busy times. Even the coffee ran out!

Terrible service and staff. Pool unavailable to use. Refrigerator in room broken. No extra bedding for pull out couch. "Free breakfast" but staff refused to replenish food so no food available. Awful experience. Do not stay here

THE SOAP AT THE SINK IN ONE OF THE ROOMS WAS EMPTY. THE NEXT MORNING THE BODY WASH IN THE SHOWER WAS ALSO EMPTY. HAD TO FIND SOMEONE TO FILL THEM. TRASH WAS NOT DUMPED DURING 2 DAY STAY. NO TOILET PAPER IN BATHROOM. HAD TO GO FIND SOME ONE TO GET TP.

Clean hotel, nice employees who were trying hard meet the expectation of having a room available.

We arrived tired and ready to go to bed around 10pm after prebooking. We arrived to a lobby full of people. We stood in line for over 30 minutes. Got upstairs to a dirty room. Back downstairs with kids in tow to find four other families with same issue.

Room was clean. Hotel is new. Location was what we needed for a tournament.

Check-in took over an hour due to many guests with unresolved needs in the lobby. We were initially told they were overbooked-we would have to find other lodging-despite calling to confirm our room and notify of a late night check-in earlier in the day.

My hotel room was very clean

The common areas (lobby, pool, etc) were not clean. The floors were always filthy, and the staff was in no hurry to do anything.

Most rooms only have a walk in shower. (No bathtub) My wife likes to relax in the bathtub.

Location too close to the expressway. No padding under carpet. Breakfast options limited.

It seemed to be a newer hotel. I enjoyed location.

Staff was too worried about doing drugs in the car outside then helping people at front desk. Price per night was too high.

We arrived Sunday morning at 11:00 and were informed we could not check in early . I was disappointed. They had plenty of rooms available.

Every employee was very friendly and helpful

Had the wrong handicap room, Needed an easier acsessible one. Josh helped us find one and move the next day!

The hotel is 5 months old according to staff. Rooms really nice. Bathrooms really nice. Breakfast was good. Bed was nice. Great experience

No coffee machine in room but had coffee downstairs.

No towels in the room. No remote fo the tv in the room.
