Comfort Suites

Right off the Interstate. Very close proximity to downtown Detroit. The staff was amazing. I had left my key in the room and needed another. Very friendly staff. Excellent Location, and the room was very good.

My only complaint had nothing to do with the hotel. There was road construction on I75 which shut down parts of the freeway only southbound. It took a while getting back. Again, this had nothing to do with the facility.

It was close to the venue and they put all of us (our dance team) close together. The breakfast was good too. It was nice to have a microwave and a fridge too.

The lighting was terrible in the living area. It was a little bit better in the bathroom but not much. They should really put bigger garbage cans in there too. And there wasnt a hot tub which was a drag.

The pool hours were 12 noon to 9pm. We came back from our activities at 9pm hoping to swim and it had just closed. It is not open in the morning, so you cannot swim before you check out.

The outside of the hotel is not well maintained; however, I was very pleased with the inside of the hotel and staff. They were very accomodating to our special needs.

The concrete around the outside of the hotel was in terrible condition.

Hotel was strategically located to my Church,thus easily accessible. Loved the variety of breakfast offered,i applaud staff for their excellent customer service.

I did not like the store area was of very small options and not many choices and vending machines were there but not up and running¿.

The breakfast was nice, the front desk manager was very sweet.

The is a $10 charge to use your debit or credit card in the vending machines. A charge! The pool is ice cold, the room wasnt cleaned well. There were streaks of conditioner in the shower and soap scum around the bathroom sink.

We booked this hotel for our kids to swim over the weekend. After getting there and finding out that the pool doesn¿t open until NOON was extremely disappointing. I¿ve never stayed in a hotel where the pool opened so late.

The room had all the immentities I needed. The staff was able to provide me with a late checkout which I really appreciated because my flight wasn't until 5pm. The beds were clean and comfotable.

It was clean but not as clean as I would have liked, it is a hotel though so of course it had some wear and dingy-ness. The sheets were clean and that is the most important thing to me, so overall I was comfortable enough to stay 3 nights.

I was very dissatisfied.the sofa was fity Dirty the chair in the room was filty. The tub was fallimg apart.the tub siler was broke the water could not stay in the tub .I Will never stay again.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Everything was clean and breakfast was decent.

We were in our room 5 minutes after checkout and the staff was at the door and being rude telling us that we needed to get out.
