The location

The hot tub was broke and the girl at the front desk was rude

The rooms need updating. Furniture worn and needs replacing. The carpet looks dirty also. I expected better for $--- a night.

We had to ask for the hair dryer thats usually in the room, the toilet was broke and the tub drain and the next morning there was no coffee with breakfast because the machine broke

Tv remote wouldn¿t change channels, pool water was ice cold and pool room was freezing

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Over cleanliness was bad. Both room and elevators were dirty. The fold out couch was broken. The phone was broken. There was obviously a smoker in the room before us.

Very pleasant desk personnel!

I lost track of the number of items that were amiss with the room and the general quality of the construction of the building. I could hear conversations of folks on both sides of me all night long.

Staff who checked us in was great. Was courteous and gave directions to certain places. Hotel was clean and met expectations. Breakfast was A++++++

I would like a refund. The hotel lost power, we had to leave the hotel. The manager was the only attendant and he was incredibly overwhelmed by the loss of power and influx of customers.

The power went out and there were no other options given to guests for accommodations.

Staff was great, warm welcoming, helpful, definitely will come back next year when we visit the area!

Insufficient accessibility features. No grab bars on toilets and too few In showers. Needs shower stool or benches with long hose.

Many things were broken (toilet roll in bathroom, buttons in elevator, workout equipment, pool/hot tub); chemicals in hot tub off, ruined swimsuit, caused loss of hair; no cleaning materials in fitness center; dirty bedspread; very disappointing stay.

Very nice n clean n personal helpful n wonderful people do anything to you b happy n comfortable n what I like they have a shuttle to pick u up n take u to airport

The site is nothing around there as walking distance But, hey have a shuttle they take wherever you need to go

The room smelled good and was clean.

All observed common areas including rugs and surfaces were dirty/ grimy

Swimming pool has way too much chlorine in it you can¿t even swim or sit in the pool area

Very clean. Hotel employee to the staff. They kept the rooms very clean. Negatives Hall carpet needed cleaning very badly especially by the elevators. The lights were not working parking lot all week. One of the elevators broke on a Thurs. Fri. Sat.

It is time to update the decor. It is not to the Hampton Inn standards. It is very clean, but needs updating. Location is great. Cosmetic, rooms need refreshing. Free breakfast: Very sparse during the week stay.

There was nothing special. Standard hotel.

The pool was closed and the breakfast was just bagels, juices and muffins. I wish we had known as one of the reasons we booked was the pool and hot breakfast.

The ONLY good thing out of this place was Arthur, who was running the desk for a time each day. He always greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed anything. Very pleasant.

The seal was torn on one of our rooms and someone used the toilet and left it dirty. The beds were like bricks, very uncomfortable. When asking for another wash cloth, was told to wait 2 hours for the next shift, since they were done washing and had none.

Nothing at all.

The tub was dirty , the desk had sticky stuff on it, the whirlpools jets barely worker and WiFi didn¿t work good.
