Quality Inn Southfield - Detroit

The hot water cartridge was broken, I couldn’t take a shower. I waited most of the next day for them to change my room. There were also dead bugs in the window and seemingly very old dirt as well. The toilet seat was also broken in my room.

THE BATHROOM TOILET WAS BROWN/YELLOW....IT WOULD ONLY TAKE ABOUT $10 OR LESS TO REPLACE.... TOTALLLY UNACCEPTABLE FOR A TOLIET SEAT TO LOOK LIKE THAT!!!!!

My room was dirty when I checked in so I had to get another one. One of the beds was dirty, I hit my ankle on the frame which was sticking out. I asked for towels didn’t get them until in physically walked down to get them myself

Front desk lady was friendly

The room was super crusty. Looks like all they did was change the bedding. So much old crust on the phone, clock, tables, Bathroom counter. Blow dryer was crusty and had hair on it. It was red stains on light switch, bathroom curtain and wall.

Mold on the shower curtains, they were cheap with the continental breakfast. We cleaned the toilet and sink before using it because they were both filled with gunk.

There was nothing we liked about the hotel....dirty, food area not good...we felt like there was "street ladies" coming in and out for service! YUK!!

The room was not cleaned, I had to go to the desk and point out garbage. I also cleaned around the toilet myself. On day 3 I asked for clean towels and the room to be cleaned, it was not. I had to go to the desk again. Breakfast was processed food

The staff was horrible, the front desk staff  was the rudest most unprofessional hotel employee I¿ve seen, arguing with customers I heard her threatening a customer, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were excellent. Billy, the manager, was very nice. The housekeeping staff were nice.

Only one day did we deal with a housekeeping mixup, where they failed to clean our.

My room had no a/c and didn¿t get another room until 3 am I should be able to get a refund

The beds weren't terrible

It was filthy inside, food and drink splattered everywhere, curtains, chairs, furniture,walls. Shower too low pressure. Had to ask for a tv remote. When asked for towels on day 2, i was told they don't have any. Can't take breakfast out of dining area.

Location was good. Price was reasonable.

There was an obvious shortage of towels! I requested towels several times, to no avail! Requested room clean and never got it! Was given excuses and nonchalant attitude by housekeeper staff!. Ice machine was giving watered down ice.

The location was essential to our business trip. Love this. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive.

The internet service was going off and on at times, especially in the evening. The door cards had to be re-programmed to allow access to our room. It would be helpful to get a receipt when checking out of the hotel.
