Cleanliness, but it was a brand new hotel

Poor lighting in the rooms.

The kitchenette area was so nice and helpful. The couch was also nice and we enjoyed having another place to sit beside the bed. The little dresser was very helpful to use for my daughter?s clothes while there.

The room I was in was very spacious and had a large couch to sit on or to sleep on. It is always nice to have a kitchen in your room, no matter how small, it just makes everywhere seem more home-y. The lobby had lots of cozy sections where different groups could gather and there was even a little convenience store in the lobby.

The noise was an issue for a lot of guests, Myself included. We could almost see through the crack in the door coming into our room and when people came down the hallway you would be in for a rude awakening. I had a child running in the room above me and this made it very hard to sleep. I observed some other guests discussing a similar experience with the front desk.

Hot food, plenty of food, good selection of various types of food.

Free laundromat and breakfast and snacks

Loud music outside our windows at 7am daily and people with Texas license plate smoking weed in the parking lot. Same people blasting loud music. Had a mix up with my reservation. Paid through booking.com and was informed the room wasn't covered. Had to pay for room on credit card although booking.coms receipt said it was paid.

The staff don't seem to be aware of things such as AFFIRM or KLARNA. I had to pay for the room altho it was paid by AFFIRM.

The food could be better.

Breakfast was good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Bed wasnt great. A/C unit was extremely loud.

The hotel was decorated nice for Christmas. It always smells nice in the lobby. The rooms are clean up to date and spacious for the price. I always recommend this place to people.

Location how close it is to the highway. We stayed there during the holiday season all the beautiful decorations made for great pictures.

I didn’t like how much you had to pay to bring your fur baby and my car was charged five times for the deposit of our little toy poodle. Eventually they fixed it. It was just frustrating during the time while trying to be on vacation and relax.

I was pleased with how clean the room was and how fast the staff answered the phone and their response time when I asked for extra pillows due to my health condition. The breakfast was very good and filling. The beds and pillows were the best I have ever slept on. They also had mattress covers, which won me over to book them for next month. Me and my family enjoyed our stay and everything that came with it.

The charging station near the bed didn't work. I always bring an extension cord whenever I stay anywhere, as well as a power bank. I did not like the prices of the water and the sparkling water. They were a bit pricey. So, I did not bother getting anything.

This place is a disappointment. It hasn’t been open long but it’s already showing signs of abuse. Room door damaged as if someone tried to force it open, and rubber seal hanging down. Dishwasher leaked onto the floor. A loud buzzer suddenly went off in the middle of the night. Carpet in the hallway already stained. One thing made us uncomfortable were groups of people staying here with no regard for others, as if they own the place. Loud music being played in rooms, people walking around with open containers of alcohol and weed scented vape lingering in the elevators. The worst thing however, which made us leave early, was the breakfast. It was bad even for the regular slop in American hotels. Veggie sausage… smh. Powdered eggs, so sad.We stayed at a Staybridge previously which was actually really nice, in good condition and with excellent breakfast. This one was not a good experience. It is frustrating how misleading the ratings on booking.com can be.

The problems I had for a full day with my booking. They kept stating that I didn’t have a reservation. Then it went to having to pay at property when bookings took the money in full day before, and booking always seen i had a reservation
