The staff is great! The woman working in the kitchen, was so helpful. She clarified food questions we had and was overall generous with her time. She helped us find food fitting for our particular needs.

Wish they told you ahead of time of the deposit, especially $150.00 but staff was friendly, understanding, and courteous

It was EXTREMELY clean! This was probably the cleanest hotel I?ve been in, in years. That?s important to me and I?m quite picky in this regard. It was also comfortable, not too loud in the hallways or with outside noise. Staff was friendly.

We had a great 2-night stay at this new or newly renovated hotel. We thought the breakfast was very nice with several kinds of hot and cold choices. The woman who managed it did a super nice job preparing the food and keeping the area neat and tidy,

The only negative for us was the desk chair and arm chair in our room, They hard and uncomfortable to sit on.

This hotel is always clean, even the crevices in the bathrooms! The breakfast is AMAZING, and the staff are great. Whenever I am in the Detroit area, this is my go-to hotel, ALWAYS, since it has opened.

The handle on my room door was broken and I did forget to report when I checked out, other than that, a great experience.

Yes I felled in laundry room they had a issue and it was very wet and I hurt myself and was down most of my stat 5 days . And dani was very nice but I felt they could a ask frequently how I was doin but I did not hear from anyone . But they be very busy.

not enough towels in the room for my wife and two kids. People were complaining about our room while me and my kids were enjoying a movie. They tried to move us, but we settled it.

It was very easy to navigate and welcoming.

Breakfast was good with many pastries and bagels. The hot food was OK, a very thin potato cake and a thin sausage patty that looked like an oatmeal cookie. I wasn’t sure what it was, possibly a veggie type. The abundance of choices was good. I enjoyed it.

The breakfast offered a big variety of items to choose from. I liked how the breakfast ran from 7-10 instead of ending at 9am. There was a nice area for eating the breakfast or just sitting to talk with friends or to play a game. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly. I was very happy that the hotel had a pool and exercise room. I would return to this hotel again.

The hotel offered coffee (which was very nice) but I did not like the light roast or the dark roast that they offered. There was no medium roast. I really wish they had a k-cup machine so that I could use the k-cups I brought with me. I wish the bathroom included bathroom cups. My room had a few minor issues (ie damage to the wall) but the front desk seemed very interested in remedying the problems after we left so as to not to disturb us during our visit. The pillows were not as comfortable as the ones in the previous hotel we stayed at. Overall, though, I was happy at the hotel and my greatest wish is for the hotel to get a k-cup machine!

The breakfast was ok. I only had a cup of orange juice. The sausage was too salty and the eggs tasted artificial.

I, Ollette Washington prepaid 383.00 for two rooms and I was required to reserve 150.00 for each room in case of damages! All of us ranged from 58-94 years old. We had no intention of destroying a room. Had I known that the hotel pick and chose who they would be so cruel to, I’d never would have reserved a room there. I’ve attached a picture of the manager on duty who found it funny and was talking in a foreign language when he overpriced me for room damages. They allowed some hockey players to trash the breakfast area and did not say a word to them! the

I like the location and the cleanliness of the hotel

I liked everything about the property except for the loud motorcyclist that were staying at the hotel.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic. From coffee to food choices, all very good. Loved Everything about this hotel and the beds were soooooooo comfortable.
