Everything was wonderful. I wish I could give the staff rating above 10!! And it’s honestly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in.

The lady Gail ? at the front desk was very very helpful.on my check in on 21st October, 2025 at around 8 PM. Í really appreciate her effort, also on my check out another lady also is working in the breakfast area was again so kind. Thank you.
On the other hand it is difficult to call the otel, no one is answering. There was no body lotion and conditioner. The heating system is strange to manage, May be there should be an explanation on the wall.

It was clean and the staff was excellent
No breakfast Saturday morning. I’m assuming to many ppl ate breakfast and not enough food
Beautiful Clean Hotel Staff was extremely friendly . Room and lobby were clean and well kept. Breakfast was delicious and the lobby area sitting couches and chairs were so comfy!!!!

We were not told at checkin that we needed to request roomservice if we wanted it. So we went without the following day and then we left the next morning.
Everything appeared brand new, the pool was nice, the room was very clean and convenient.
The pool room should be kept warmer, our room was a bit too warm and the thermostat wouldn't let us adjust it, and the drinks and snacks near the check-in desk are far to expensive. $5 for a candy bar is absurd! Also the extra $100 deposit at check-in is ridiculous when you already have the customers payment information.
Location was great. Not on busy highway. New and Clean.
My friends would have liked a hot tub.
