They switched our room three times to find us a room that had a shower that worked

No bugs! Clean and feels safe.

Water pressure in the shower needs to be better. Took way longer to rinse shampoo out of my hair.

Room had odor as did the refrigerator. Ceiling was sagging with large exposed crack across the room due to roof leak water damage. 11am check-out with no flexibility. Rooms look older.

They had bed bugs and when I showed them they told me I couldn?t get a refund.

They do a nice job on breakfast.

Towel bar did not exist. Pillows were so small. Pool out of commission w/o any notice on website.

Bed mattress was great-pillows horrible

food at breakfast was horrible, overcooked and tasteless-like sausage and gravy on biscuits with no gravy and everything overcooked. B

One ice machine for the entire place and it was broken. Need to at least have a couple if not one on every floor. Other than that it was a great place. Friendly, clean and the morning breakfast wasn¿t bad at all. Just a typical hotel FREE breakfast.

Surrounding roads under construction and pillows were not as comfortable as I expected.

Soft comfortable beds and pillows. Rooms were roomy enough. Bathroom roomy enough.

Breakfast was a liittle better than average is all.

The only problem I had was that I told the clerk I was disabled and couldn't walk very far. It was on 4:00 pm when I got there and the parking lot was almost empty. He gave me a room on the second floor and my room was at the far end of the hall.

The front desk was not friendly. I couldn't watch tv because the remote did not work, therefore the input was stuck in the USB mode and could be changed. There was no microwave in the room. For I paid over $-- for the room what a rip off.

Staff was great and it was very clean.

There is lots of roadwork next to the hotel. If you are getting off interstate it took a little time to navigate to the hotel.

The hotel is clean! The staff were pleasant! The bed was VERY comfortable! The breakfast had a good variety including fresh fruit and met expectations. Enjoyed our stay overall.

I had difficulty getting in my room as the door was binding on the top. It required strength and force to get in. Also the door on the end going outside needed repairing as the strike plate was loose and did not allow the door to close properly.

Very kind hotel staff who worked hard to provide a nice breakfast.

Located near highway. Reasonable rates

Rather difficult to get to . construction, entrance from the road is far from hotel entrance, with poor signage.

Staff was very good, rooms seem to be very clean.

Location was hard to enter at this time with Highway bridge construction and main road traffic noise was throughout the day and night. breakfast not a lot of choices. At the price wouldn't stay there again.

The staff at the front desk, and at breakfast were wonderful! But we felt we needed a discount or a room in the back due to the awful construction noise which woke us up Saturday, April 23. We'd give it a try again.

No TV remote. Rude staff. Was told the $150 deposit would be returned the next day. Nope. I should havecread the reviews before booking. Lastly, there are potholes in the parking lot that could house a small family.

Bed was comfy

Front desk guy did not give me WiFi info or breakfast info. Hotel due for updates. Old and worn.
