- The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had made the reservation through Booking.com. When we got to the hotel, the desk clerk was unable to find the reservation, so he made it through our Hilton Honors account and was able to cancel the Booking.com reservation with no charge for me.The staff was able to allow me to stay past regular check out time, which was very nice.
