Comfort Inn Okemos - East Lansing

Bed was comfortable

Front desk night associate was rude and not customer friendly. Speaks to hotel guest with attitude

TV selection Hallmark channels

Beds are old and need to be replaced

The location was great, after attending an event in East Lansing this location was minutes away but in a quiet country like setting with only hotels and an event center. In the morning our location put us feet away from our entrance to head home.

The breakfast was sparse, would have liked cereal. But its ok, its the location that's great!

The spacious King Suite and the price

No eggs for breakfast, key card didn?t open doors.

Location (close to work site)

The carpets and flooring were dirty; It said there was a fitness center but there was none. The hotel next door (Best Western) had fitness center AND a pool AND it was cheaper!

Friendly front staff, breakfast was okay, eggs was soggy.

Parking lot is odd

Easy access, nice clean room, very nice breakfast facilitlies.

Nope, everything was just great.

Front desk staff were very personable excellent breakfast

One of the members of the housekeeping staff was extremely nosy and a little bothersome honestly. On multiple occasions (mind you I had already spoken to the staff at the front desk in the MORNING,when they ask if staying.

Bed was comfortable, shower was clean, location was convenient. Perfect stop on a long roadtrip.

Room was not entirely spotless (some leftover dirt/random hairs), breakfast was sufficient but not exemplary.

Clean, quiet, close to xway.

Was ready, clean, quiet, everything worked

Cleanliness of the rooms and location --

There was not enough front desk help after check-in and in the AM. The front-desk was setting up breakfast - and then only a sign reading "sorry, we are away from the desk" - the help there on Sat. night was very helpful and did good work

Dirty, smelled, old, key and door didn¿t work half the time

Clean room, friendly staff, very comfortable mattress.

Friendly ,clean, only wish it had a queen size or king size bed.

It's a nice looking hotel. The room furnishings are nice looking and I like how the rooms are set up.

I don't like the fact that it's extremely noisy. The walls and floors are so thin it's impossible to really rest because all types of noise can be heard: slamming doors, children running up and down the halls, etc.

I am not flying into Grand Rapids anymore, rather I will fly into Lansing from now on just to stay here! What a great price for the spectacular room I had. Extremely satisfied and changing my future travel plans because of this stay.

Private warm comfort setting, easy to relax by reading or watching a movie. Quiet love the location and the library is not to far.

We need to change the carpet or shampoo the carpet.

Location

Staff was never available and there was smoking going on in the hotel so we left at four in the morning and find other accommodations.

It wasn't clean. We were moved twice due to cleanliness issues. And the next morning in the 3rd room, my 3yr old found crystal meth on the floor under the bed. Disgusted with the entire hotel.
