Price was fair for the area during peak season. Diner next to the hotel provided a breakfast option since there was no complimentary breakfast.

AC in the room could not keep up with the humidity. Bedding felt damp.

Off-the-beaten-path location with close proximity to highways useful while there for a long weekend.

Did not care for the sticky floors, evidence of retail fraud left in the room from previous guests, holes in the bathroom wall stuffed with tissue, rigged shower curtain, smell in room and the fact you can hear banging and noise all night long.

Low budget towels had holes and spots on them and it had a old smell to it I had to spray my perfume all over in order to go to sleep ,but the bed was comfortable, also the rack the hold the towels very old, with rust and webs on it

It was advertized that it has continental breakfast. They didn't have anything but coffee (even that was not fresh!)..

The entry door didn?t block sound. I mine as well just keep it propped open. Also there was a door sensor that signals when the door is opened, who?s getting the signal and why?

Convenient location and least expensive option

There wasn't soap in the bathroom, and there were not any glasses in the room, the floor was dirty - it looked like it had not been vacuumed in a while. There were holes in the shower curtain. It looked like a low budget hotel that cost over $--- /night

We stay there a lot because we are working out of town and the staff is just so slow and involved in their phone call or their kids that they have there they don't take the time for the customer first everything else comes before the customer

Went out to smoke a cigarette and got locked out my room latched by itself and had to wait for room to be broke into

We could walk next door to a restaurant.

They did not have my reservation even though I provided a screen shot of the reservation including confirmation number. The carpet in the halls was filthy. There was no person at the desk when we tried to check out in the morning around 8am. Tacky room.

The whole experience. Never could find staff the toilet would not stop running there was holes in the ceiling

We were given two towels for a 3 night stay and when we asked for more we were either told no or given attitude about it. There was a sticky stain on the floor, the sheets were stained, shower curtain was ripped. Couldn't use the TV at all.

Location...close to the airport.

Room 208...the TV didn't work. Room 210..the A/c unit didn't work. The room was dirty and the towels and sheets had stains.

Exterior run down. Guaranteed non-smoking rooms had heavy smoke smell. Cigarette butts in room. Black spots on bedding -- possibly bed bugs or rodent droppings. Desk clerk was smoking & seemed "under the influence". Refused a refund we left anyway.

Price to Value was reasonable Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Lobby smelled of tobacco smoke. Desk staff was friendly but not professionally dressed. Coffee pot out but coffee was not hot or empty. There were 4 large plastered over patches on the wall behind the in-room TV from where a wall mount had been removed

The staff were wonderful. Housekeeping was amazing and very helpful

Noisy on weekends due to younger crowds hanging out

Clean convenient and friendly staff.

The room seemed clean and well cared for.

The desk staff was not very competent, constantly outside smoking, and generally kind of weird.

Funky restaurant next door.

The internet was not reliable. Bad news if you are working or traveling.
