Clean comfortable room. Restaurant waitress was excellent checking on us frequently.

Staff didn¿t know if there was a bereavement rate or not. We were there for a funeral

Clean, comfortable bedding, great hot water & pressure, bar & friendly staff.

Staff, location, cleanliness.

Pillows are very uncomfortable. No cafe.

Location

Stayed two nights, did NOT get room cleaned¿had to go to front desk to have towels refreshed. Extremely disappointed in housekeeping!!!

The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable. The location is in a quiet area. This is the first hotel I stayed at that I had a good night's sleep. No noise from the corridors or from the outside. No road traffic noises, etc.

Couldn¿t even use the pool facilities. There was a little confusion on payments because I rented an extra room for a day, but when I checked out of the room I rented for 1 day. So it seems like I was overcharged. Plus nobody mentioned the deposit fees.

Cleanliness, Covid protocols, ease of everything we did including checking in/out, asking staff questions, and dining at restaurant.

No continental breakfast but I'm guessing that's due to Covid....however a heads up would've been nice

very friendly staff with clean room and large bathroom with great shower!

unfortunately due to covid-19 the restaurant and pool were closed.

location and staff

the remodeling in our room seemed incomplete

Close to the hockey rink. Good restaurants and bars all in walking distance.

Location, restaurant, price was very fair also.

I love the modern decor and cleanliness of the hotel. Beautiful updates.

The one thing I think needs improvement is the room service menu.

The employees were so nice.

My room did not have tissues, or coffee a must. The pool was not in service and that was the biggest bummer of all.

Location, access to events Downtown. Spacious room. Great staff. Proximity to Lake Michigan.

Housekeeping and maintenance are not working together here. Bathroom sink was not draining properly therefore not very clean.

Nicely updated room, had a nice modern feel to it. Great shower. Room size was good.

The bed was pretty firm, but acceptable. Pillows were not great, left me with a really sore neck. But honestly all and all a good place to stay.

Hotel is being remodeled. Got to stay in a new room. Was very modern

The ac/heat is out dated and even though there are instructions to use the wall thermostat it doesn't exist.

Clean and the food was fabulous. Night staff was great as well Pool was very clean and warm

The daytime front desk staff was rude

Location

not very clean. under renovation. one elevator inop.
