Indoor pool, the area of could have been cleaner and it was over 90 degrees in the area! It felt like a sauna. When I mentioned it to the staff at front desk, she just smirked and acted like nothing could be done about the high temps in the pool area.

The staff/ specifically was incredible.

There was a microwave in the room, but it’s no napkins or plastic ware. Those items were accessible during breakfast, but not after.

Great location, large room, good breakfast, plenty of towels, super staff and breakfast workers!

They removed the coffee machines from the rooms. You have to go down to lobby to get coffee.

Newer hotel, that was reasonably priced and located close to our activities.

The room was very spacious and modern. Staff were friendly.

The bathroom shower needed additional cleaning. The body lotion was empty in the shower.

The location which was close to Meijer & Culver’s

Both queen size bed pillow & bed sheets were dirty and stained, one of queen bed sheet had a long brown strand of hair on it under bed cover, had extremely loud noises next to our room from 8-10:30pm. Notified staff of noise problem and dirty bed sheets on both beds!!!! And don’t think it’s worth the $170 for one night that I paid. Also pancake machine for breakfast in morning was out of order! We’ll never come back to this Holiday Inn express again. Also will be giving it very low star rating on trip advisor and Yelp!!

There was no coffee in the room. In the bathroom there was noticeable dings in the drywall for being a hotel that’s only 1 year old.

The breakfast was great. Everything was clean and items that were supposed to be hot were definitely fresh and hot.

A bolt was completely missing from the toilet seat in our room, which made the seat slide around. This should have been noted by housekeeping and fixed the same day by maintenance. Also, the coffee was supposed to be special, fresh ground and all, but it took a long time to make and you couldn't get just half a cup or a top off.
