Holiday Inn Express Munising-Lakeview Hotel By IHG

Room, staff

The pool and hot tub were closed for remodel. This was not disclosed when I booked. I would have stayed somewhere else.

Nice hotel, above average breakfast included in stay.

I did think we were getting a lake view room though.

Balcony with lake viewd

Tub was stained and didn?t drain well, faucet had rust, cleaning person came in while wife was alone in the bathroom!!!

The hotel is very close to the downtown & is located right on the bay.

The hotel didn?t provide any Kleenex for guests that?s unacceptable!

Location, view, nice room, breakfast, front desk Scott was great.

Couple suggestions: replace toilet seat (had a gouge), room smelled slightly smoky, sink drained slowly- just needs cleaned out.

Location, comfort, amenities

I love everything about this motel. It¿s quiet, the amenities are gorgeous. I caught a Pike off the dock, its ambiance is relaxing.

Great location , friendly staff & amazing breakfast

Lost our AirPods

Stayed there before. It's the perfect hotel for the fun things we like to do in this great area of the country. Staff is great and friendly. Rooms are good.

Parking lot, needs to be bigger with larger parking spots (door dings likely as it is). Since we like this hotel a lot, I had to nit-pick a bit, but would be nice if the free breakfast had more healthy stuff, like fruit. or microwave in rooms.

Breakfast was good! Location was great! Staff was the best!

The staff was wonderful, breakfast was great. Everything was nice and clean

We had an issue with our door, which resulted in us being moved to a different room. A minor inconvenience. Staff was very helpful to assist

Spacious room but still cozy and loved the sheets and pillows.

The front desk lady was helpful and very accomodating

Room was not clean, heat / air did not work, dogs barking all night and into the morning, dogs allowed in the breakfast area. Would not stay here or recommend staying here again. We should has required a refund and left as soon as we had seen the room.

Hot tub was amazing, breakfast was nice. Everything was clean, staff was friendly. We will be back.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet.

Could have had more hot choices for breakfast.

Nice room overlooking the lake very friendly helpful staff would stay here again

OMG - the views are amazing. Definitely worth spending the extra money to get the water view. Breakfast was nice. It was a beautiful day and you could sit out side overlooking the lake!

No complaints at all.

A family member recommended that we forget about the wallet /price and stay there. So glad we listened to her. Great staff, location, breakfast, room, bed and pillows were all great! Highly recommended that you stay at this Holiday Inn Express!

No, everything was amazing including the friendly and personable staff.

Wonderful front desk personnel. Made us feel welcome and super dog friendly.

The breakfast and the view is amazing! You can enjoy it on the patio and you're looking right at Grand Island!

I loved everything!
