The front staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean but the fridge wasn't cold enough, even on max setting.

My stay was unfortunately hindered by significant accessibility issues; the lack of an elevator made it extremely difficult to reach our room. The breakfast service was poorly managed as food items were not kept stocked and there was no staff available.

It was clean, nice layout, the bed was comfortable, the towels were a nice size and they had a coffee bar that was open all the time. The gal that checked us in was very pleasant and came and helped us get the TV on the setting

The air conditioner smelled really bad when we used it. The staff said it is a tablet they have to use in it. They really need to change the tablet. In the morning I could smell the same scent from other people's open rooms.

The pool

The beds are hard as rocks. Our bathroom was not clean. And the water smelled like sulphur when it was running.

No vending machine to get water; ice machine was broken on the floor I was on, I had to go to a different floor to get ice, no whirlpool, their picture showed they were waterfront, but they were not.

Breakfast buffet was great

The woman at the front desk was very borderline rude, both days. Also hot tub wasn't working even though it was advertised as an amenity no announcement of it being disabled. The room above us flooded the bath tub and it came thru our bathroom ceiling

I booked the stay for having a hot tub available. Had read in earlier reviews it was under repair but did not figure that would be for the entire tourist season. Was disappointed in that.

Close to Munising and Pictured Rocks, breakfast was good, hotel had nice amenities.

The gift shop in the lobby was an obstacle course of saying no to my autistic child - it was exhausting. On the bright side, he did get a hat that he really liked and got compliments on.
