Comfortable beds and free breakfast.

Coffee wasn’t good and toilet didn’t work.

The night staff were very pleasant and helpful. Fresh coffee all day everyday in the lobby area

Fire alarm went off at midnight.

My daughter was staying there, she is homeless, they told her she had to leave even though she had a reservation paid for.

Lack of compassion, and didn't clean the room.

It is fine and just the right size hotel. Nothing beautiful to see outside your windows but I wasn't there for sightseeing, just rest. The microwave and refrigerator are good to have.

The refrigerator had an awful hum throughout the night, the TV stayed on to mask that sound. No small individual sizes of the soap, shampoo, & lotion which I like.

I have stayed at all of the mid-line hotels in the area and this is the best deal out there. The hotel was renovated fairly recently (2-3 years ago, maybe?) and was very clean. The staff was friendly, and the free breakfast was more than satisfactory.

Dated and old. Shower dingy, cleaned it before I used it. Furniture worn and paint chipping on doors. Breakfast area dirty and not kept up during breakfast time. Shower water pressure low

Did not get the room I reserved and paid for, carpets had burn males and drawers had broken handles breakfast foods and coffee was out at 9 am.

Their cost-cutting measures are evident: the free breakfast is nothing like before and quite limited. They don't even have fresh brewed coffee any longer, just an on demand machine that makes weak coffee. Internet access is spotty, keeps failing.

The free breakfast was not as it used to be. Now just a very few items. Coffee is now from a machine and not very good. Too bad as this place had great breakfast in the past.
