Pet fee ridiculous. 75 dollars for one pet for one night is absurd

Even though the hotel is undergoing some renovations everything in the room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was very unaware. I was at the front desk multiple times dealing with charges. I already prepaid but the hotel charged me again

No staff at the desk on check-in or check-out, no top sheet on the bed, really bad breakfast with powdered eggs, poor quality chicken sausages, and cold water for tea and coffee. There wasn't enough staff to properly run a hotel at this star rating.

The pool was clean, great temperature and the hot tub also. Our family had a great time and a couple of times had the pool & hot tub too ourselves. Excellent stay for the price.

I didn't care for the slidimg bathroom door. It was nice and everything but i like the privacy and a door knob.

The location was good, there was ample parking (except the construction took up some spaces), and the staff was friendly and helpful. They even honored an odd request that my fiancee and I made (we asked them to bring salt to the room to clean the iron).

The air conditioner in the room was incredibly noisy. It was hard to sleep with the pulsing drone of that sound. The closet door would not close easily.

Quick off/on highway. Decent breakfast. Great for quick stop sleep.

The hotel was clean and the room was nice. The temperature was just right. The breakfast was only average, but it was free. I did not visit the pool during my stay.

My only complaint is the front desk was understaffed. When we arrived there was no one working the front desk. After yelling for help someone poked the their head out from a back room and said she'd get someone to help us. Finally the guy showed up.

The hotel and room was very clean. And the staff was wonderful.

The hotel seemed way understaffed. The staff was great but just spread to thin. And the heavy traffic made it almost impossible to enter or exit the hotel. No doubt the poorest location of any hotel we have ever stayed at. It was a race track out front.

The staff quickly and easily re-booked the same room for a second night when I needed to extend my stay. The room was clean, fresh, and smoke free. Quite comfortable! Friendly helpful staff.

The complimentary breakfast was bad. The scrambled eggs looked/tasted like an egg-mix that had been thawed and microwaved. They offered no ham, bacon or sausage. The Danish were dry and tasteless. Book for the room but eat out.
