Ramada by Wyndham Marquette

The hotel was close to restaurants.

Everything was dirty and old. My room was next to the pool area and you could hear everything.

The pillows were comfy.

The noisy air conditioner, the filthy carpet, the dumpster empty at 5:54 am, the maze to get to our room the outdated saggy Roman shade. Replace the carpet and update the hot tub.

The staff was extremely nice and the cleanliness of the hotel itself.

The elevator was very scary. Someone got stuck in it. The doors didn’t close when they did close. You just sat there. It definitely is a hazard. So I ended up walking downstairs from the fifth floor with my luggage.

Room was decent but not real clean.

We paid for a pool view room with 2 queen beds. Unfortunately, due to the layout this meant no air conditioning as there was no unit to outside. We were also next to a room with a couple of barking dogs.

Location is great!

I was told the hotel had just been sold. Perhaps the previous owner didn?t want to invest in the repairs, upkeep, etc. The restaurant has been remodeled, but the remaining areas are very much in need of care. The elevator is in tremendous need.

Location and pool side rooms so the kids have easy access to the pool. This is my go to every time I come home to visit.

Our groups rooms were not together. Not enough tables and chairs in pool area, pool area was not clean, hot tub was not working properly.

I slept well.

1) Front desk staff seemed a little disorganized. Waited for someone to show up for almost 10 minutes. The girl at the nearby restaurant doorway made no effort to help. 2) No breakfast offered. Nothing. Not even a Continental breakfast.

Price

The restaurant couldn't seat anymore people because they were not staffed well enough to handle the 10 people that were sitting waiting for their food.

Excellent staff and location.

Beds were too soft and lacking in lumbar support.

Paid for a king suite , and they gave it to someone else and gave me a double queen. Lucky it wasnt my honeymoon or something!

Rooms very outdated. Carpet old. Bathroom very small. Parking lot needs to be renovated. The overall layout of the hotel is super strange/odd.

the location was very good. the amenities could have been better; more seating around the pool area; the rooms could use some freshening up as far as furniture and such. overall, we were pleased and glad we chose this place.

The hotel staff

I didn't appreciate that people were smoking pot in the hotel were it was coming through the room and that my kids were asking questions what the smell was. It was going on most of the night and through morning as well.

Many things.Hotel didn't do any bathroom or room cleaning.Did not remove garbage.When requested the front desk said they will not come inside the room.Lobby was small.I will not book in a Ramada hotel again.

Lobby, stairwells and hallways were very dirty, but room was nice. Carpet a bit dirty in the room.

Our room overlooked the indoor pool and we could access the pool by walking out onto our balcony and down a spiral staircase. It was so cool! Room was clean, staff was great, and pool was very nice! Definitely will be back!

The only thing that was less than amazing was that our room didn¿t have its own A/C unit. There was no way to change the temperature of the room or turn on any fans. However the temperature of the room naturally stayed at a nice temperature, so it was ok.
