- The views, free breakfast and staff.
- Great location on the beach and excellent staff
- Waterfront location was great. Nice eating breakfast on the patio looking at Lake Superior. Free downtown parking at the hotel also made it convenient to walk around to restaurants and shops. Staff overall friendly and hotel generally clean.
Cons -
- The rooms were a tad outdated.
- No
- Stayed 3 nights, but never cleaned room despite sign saying rooms cleaned every other day. Went to desk and ask for additional garbage bags, towels - staff at desk apologized but didn't offer anything to make it right. At $--- a night I expect better.
